Abstract
This research is founded on an analysis of the phenomena of our reality, which become different
wrongful acts in the development of oral criminal trial.
Hence the importance of the research process is motivated by the participation of the
researcher, as a participant beings, in the noble role of the judiciary in Bolivia in criminal matters, so
the topics addressed not only be limited the legal field, but has a close relationship with the scope of
the phenomena that occur in your application, with the participation of lawyers who litigate daily in
the penalty area, which ultimately will result in operators justice, act with equality, opportunity and
full observance of the rights-based principles of due process.
