Building Reservations
All building reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking reservation!!!
Reservations for buildings must be made up until the Friday of one (1) week prior
before the rental on the weekend.
2 hour minimum reservation
All Building Deposits — $100.00
Saturday and Sunday only
11:00 a.m. — 10:00 p.m.

NOTICE TO PARK PATRONS
Reservations must be paid in full the day the reservation is made.
Your usage permit is valid for the date and the time indicated. The latest any reservation
will be booked for pavilions are two working days before the rental date. One week for
buildings.
Pavilion and/or gazebo rental refunds will NOT be given due to inclement weather.
72 hours prior noticed needed for refund on any and all cancellations for pavilions. One
week prior notice is needed for refund on any and all cancellations for the buildings.
Electricity is NOT provided at any outdoor facilities.
Alcoholic beverages are PROHIBITED in the parks and the buildings.
NO commercial activity to involve the sale of any items is permitted.
Amplified sound, music and speech are PROHIBITED in park facilities.
To report facility or rental problems, call 972.237.8004 and leave a detailed message
with your phone #. An on call employee will call you back.
In case of an emergency, notify the police at 911.
Responsible party is LIABLE for damages of facility and equipment during the rental.
Persons using the McFalls Building or Church St. Center agree to leave the building in
the same or improved condition which existed prior to usage. Deposit will be kept when
policy is not followed.
Persons using the McFalls Building or Church St. Center must make sure the building is
cleaned after usage.
Additional hours may be added to the McFalls Building or Church St. Center up until the
Friday of 1 week prior before the rental on the weekend. Additional charges will apply.
If all rules and regulations are followed, the McFalls Building or Church St. Center
deposit refund will be MAILED WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS after rental.
*Restrooms in the parks are closed for winterization, December – February, with the exceptions of Mike Lewis
and Friendship, which are closed only during inclement weather.

NOTICIAS PARA PATRONS DE LOS PARQUES
Su permiso es valido solamente para el tiempo y dia indicado.
Se PROHIBE bebid as alcoholicas en los parques y salones en los parques.
NO SE PERMITE actividad commercial que envuela la venta de ningun articulo.
Se PROHIBE ruidos excesivos incluyendo musica y discursos en los parques y
salons.
Para obtener un rembolso, se require 72 hours de aviso.
No ofrece electricidad en ningun parque.
En caso de emergencia, llame a la policia 911.
La persona que contrata es responsible por los danos que causen durante la renta del
parquet o salon.
El deposito no se devuelve si el salon no es dejado limpio y en buenas condiciones.
El rembolso del salon McFalls o Church St. Center se enviara por coreo en dos
semanas.
No hay rembolso por causa mal tiempo.
*Los banos en los parques estaran cerados durante los meses de Diciembre, enero Febrero por causes
del invierno con la excepcion de Mike Lewis y Friendship, que solo estaran cerados en caso
de mal tempo.
