Modificación del Artículo XII (c) (ii)

LA MODIFICACIÓN CON RESPECTO AL ARTÍCULO XII(c)(ü) DEL
ACUERDO RELATIVO A LA ORGANIZACIÓN INTERNATIONAL DE
TELECOMUNICACIONES POR SATÉLITE
Hecho en París el 23 marzo 2007
Se suprimirá el texto del párrafo (c)(ii) del Artículo XII del Acuerdo y
se sustituirá por el siguiente:
En caso de que la Sociedad, o cualquier otra entidad
futura que haga uso de las asignaciones de frecuencias que sean
parte del Patrimonio Común, renuncie a esa o esas
• asignaciones, la(s) utilice en forma distinta a la establecida en
. este Acuerdo, o se declare en bancarrota, las Administraciones
Notificantes autorizarán el uso de esa o esas asignaciones de
frecuencias solamente a entidades que hayan firmado un
acuerdo de servicios públicos, lo cual le permitirá a la ITSO
asegurarse de que las entidades seleccionadas cumplan los
Principios Fundamentales.
