Each time we load money onto your card,
you will be able to use your card one time
without an extra fee. This card is just like all
other debit or credit cards. You can be
charged fees for taking money out at an
ATM. To avoid being charged a fee when you
take money out with your Comdata®
MasterCard, only use ATMs with a green
Allpoint™ logo.

by calling Cardholder Services

 Choose “credit” instead of “debit” when
you buy something.
 Do not use the card to buy something
that costs more than the amount of
money you have on your card. You can ask
the salesperson to charge the exact
amount of money you have on your
account and then use cash to pay the rest.
You can also use another way to pay for
the rest of the things you bought.

We will not pay you by check for your transportation costs. Instead, we will give you a Comdata®
MasterCard and the money we owe you will be
loaded onto your card every week. Here are the
some of the benefits:
 Saves money. No check cashing fees.
 Easy. You can use the card anywhere that
accepts MasterCard.
 Reliability. Nothing will get lost in the mail.
 Certainty. The money is loaded onto the card
each week.

Watch the Mail
Once you are approved to get paid back for
transportation costs, you will get a package in the
mail that has your Comdata® MasterCard and
other important facts about the card.

The package will tell you:

 How to make your card active.
 How to check to see how much money is on
your card.
 How to buy things with the card.
Be sure to look out for your package in the mail.
Read all of the facts so you can know how to use
your transportation benefit. Once we make sure
your mileage and other costs for the week are
correct, the money we pay you back will be loaded
onto your card the next week.
Scheduling
Lost or Stolen Cards
If your card is lost or stolen, call 1-877-688-1811.
We will order you a new card. Please note, it can
take up to four to six weeks to get a new card, so
always keep the card in a safe place.
