{slide=After using the product normally, my product does not work : what do I do?}
Firstly, reset the device.
Turn the device over and locate the small reset hole (the word RESET is engraved on the
side). If you do not see it on the back of your device, remove the lid of the battery compartment
in order to access the Reset hole.
Insert a sharp point and press gently.
If the product functions again, a message displaying "Reset Y/N ?" or "Reset O/N?" will appear.
In both cases press N (no) in order to keep the data stored in your product.
If, after pressing the reset button, the device is still not working, change the batteries by
referring to the corresponding chapter in the user manual.
If your product still does not work, contact your retailer in order to claim any warranty or contact

{slide=I just bought a Lexibook product and I cannot make it work}
Most Lexibook products have a transparent plastic strip that protects the batteries.
This strip must be carefully removed before using for the first time.
If the product still does not work, this strip may be damaged. To remove it, lift the lid of the
battery compartment and then remove the protected battery and verify its polarity. Place the
battery back in its place after having removed the strip and close the lid again. {/slide}

Since 15 December 2006, when you purchase a new electrical or electronic device, you
will participate in the recycling of the old.
Now, do not throw your old electrical and electronic equipment into the garbage: they can be
recycled to be used in the manufacture of new materials.

Case 1: You have purchased this product from a store (multi-department store, specialised
store, etc...).
If the product is still under warranty : contact customer service of the outlet where you
purchased this product in order to find out how to exchange or repair your product.
If the warranty has expired or the device sustained damage due to mishandling : contact
Lexibook ASS (after sales service) by email in order to obtain an estimate cost of repair.
Case 2: You have purchased this product on our Lexibook.com website.
If the product is still under warranty : you can return your product to our Lexibook ASS along
with the invoice and a letter explaining the encountered problem.
If the warranty has expired or the device sustained damage due to mishandling : contact
Lexibook ASS by email or phone in order to obtain an estimate cost of repair
- Whenever possible, the product must be returned in the original and complete packaging
(accessories, user manual...)
- Cost of return delivery is your responsibility
- Do not forget to attach the corresponding invoice

to change your mind for any reason.
We ensure that we will reimburse you or replace the product which did not correspond to your
expectations.
- The product must be returned to us in the complete original packaging (accessories, user
manual...), in perfect condition, accompanied by the invoice and the return number that you

have been assigned by our customer service department within 7 days from the receipt of the
product.
- The cost of the return delivery is your responsibility.

not what you ordered, you must contact our customer service department 7 days within the date
of delivery.

If you want to view or update your information, you simply go to your account by clicking on 'My
account', then click on 'My personal information'.

{/slide} {slide=DJ010 Digital Camera Software and driver installation}
Important information : Be sure you retrieve the user manual and CD-ROM supplied with your
product before throwing the packaging in the rubbish bin!
A CD-ROM that allows for the installation of a photo management programme on your
computer for the camera ref.DJ010 (BB or SP) is provided with your product : It is in the
packaging between the two boxes in the bubble wrap, accompanied by the user manual.
If you would like to update the driver or complete software, you can download them from our
website :

A window will open : select "Save" in the location you would like on your computer.
Then click the compressed file (format .zip) that you have saved and select the "file" then click
"extract all" to retrieve all the files required for the software installation.
The installation is launched from the "PhoTagsXprsInst.exe" application which is located in the
"install" sub-folder.
In case the software installation fails, please ensure there is enough space on your hard drive
If you cannot transfer photos from your digital cameral to your PC :
- Verify that you camera is connected to the USB port of your PC (try the different USB ports on
your PC until the camera is detected)
- Ensure that the driver and software are installed on your PC
- Open "Photo Printing" and then select "IMPORT PHOTO". Then select
"CAMERA/SCANNER" and "Dual Camera" and finally click on "Retrieve"

- The digital camera DJ010 series does not work on Mac.
- This product has no flash
