Juarez (Print Name) Arrest Date: Driver Lic. #: Citation #: Arrest #: Date Filed: April 7, 2016 503105829 Man #: 3100 CRIMINAL COMPLAINT The undersigned, under penalty of perjury, complains and says that on or about the 7 day of April in the County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, the above-named defendant(s) did (here state the essential facts): 2016, On April 7, 2016, at approximately 0200 hours, Officer L. Jaramillo was dispatched to 10800 Comanche Rd. NE #134 in reference to a parent, Alex Lovesee, calling the police and advising his son had a dead body in his apartment. Upon arrival Ofc. Jaramillo made contact with a male subject, later identified as Jarek Lovesee, without a shirt and blood on his pants. Ofc. Jaramillo stated Jarek had scratches on the right side of his body and light redness on his left eye. Ofc. Jaramillo stated the subject was taken into custody, not asked any questions, and placed into the back of a marked police unit. Sgt. R. Crawford then proceeded to apartment #134 to check for any possible subjects. Sgt. Crawford advised, when he got to the apartment the door was unlocked. Sgt. Crawford stated as he tried to open the door, there was something behind it blocking it. Sgt. Crawford stated he pushed open the door and observed a large pool of blood at the entryway. Sgt. Crawford stated he then saw feet sticking out from behind the door. Sgt. Crawford stated he made several verbal announcements and after no response, entered the apartment. Sgt. Crawford stated he observed a deceased male subject behind the entry door with what appeared to be a laceration across the neck. Sgt. Crawford stated there were no other subjects located in the apartment so they backed out and secured it. Sgt. Crawford stated the male subject inside of the apartment had not been identified. Jarek was transported to The Main Police Department located at 400 Roma. I arrived at The Main Police Station where I made contact with Jarek Lovesee. Jarek was advised of his Constitutional Rights and agreed to give a statement. During the interview Jarek stated he meet a male named Larry two or three days ago at Dragon Horn Tavern. On April 6, 2016, Jarek arrived at the Dragon Horn Tavern around 1900 with a couple of friends. Shortly after being at the Tavern, Larry walked in and they all began talking. When Jarek stated he was tired and ready to go home Larry asked Jarek if he could go to his house and sleep on the couch. Jarek told Larry that was fine and Larry drove them to Jarek’s residence at 10800 Comanche Rd. NE #134. Jarek stated while Larry and him were inside the residence, Larry stated he was going to leave because he wanted to kill some people. Jarek told Larry he did not think that was a good idea and he was not going to let Larry leave. Jarek stated Larry attempted to leave the apartment and he attempted to prevent him. Jarek stated a physical altercation began between Larry and him. Jarek was able to “pin” Larry to the floor.
