DIRECTIONS
Clean and passivate new or fouled systems with Triple Treat™ before adding ProTek PG-AL™ to the
system. After the system is clean, fill with ProTek PG-AL™ and good quality water in the ratio that will give
the desired freeze or burst protection. Circulate the glycol solution through the system. After it has
thoroughly mixed, test the solution to ensure that the system has the desired freeze or burst protection.

DESCRIPTION
ProTek PG-AL™ is an inhibited propylene glycol based industrial heat transfer fluid and antifreeze
formulated with special corrosion inhibitors for use in systems with aluminum heat exchangers up to
190°F. ProTek PG-AL™ is designed to provide freeze and burst protection, excellent thermal
conductance, protection against corrosion and fouling and long term stability in closed recirculating water
loops. ProTek PG-AL™ provides burst protection to -100°F. Freeze points and burst points are controlled
by the propylene glycol to water ratio.

DESCRIPCION: ProTek PG-AL™ en un fluido de transferencia de calor y anticongelante en base a propilen
glicol inhibidor industrial formulado con inhibidores especiales para la corrosión para ser utilizado en
intercambiadores de calor de aluminio por sobre los 190°F (87°C). ProTek PG-AL™ es diseñado para
brindar protección de congelamiento y ruptura, excelente conductancia térmica, protección contra la
corrosión e incrustaciones por un largo período de tiempo en sistemas cerrados de recirculación de agua.
ProTek PG-AL™ proporciona protección a la ruptura hasta los 100°F (-73°C). Tanto los puntos de
congelamiento como de ruptura son controlados por la mezcla proporcional de agua y propilen glicol.
INSTRUCCIONES DE USO: Antes de aplicar ProTek PG-AL™ sobre el sistema limpie y pasive las
superficies utilizando para tal efecto Triple Treat™. Una vez que el sistema se encuentre limpio, rellene
con ProTek PG-AL™ y agua de buena calidad en la proporción adecuada para obtener la protección
contra congelamiento o ruptura deseada. Haga circular la solución de glicol a través del sistema.
Después de efectuada la mezcla pruebe la solución para asegurar que el sistema tiene la protección de
congelamiento o ruptura adecuada.
