ENR 1.2 REGLAS DE VUELO VISUAL
VISUAL FLIGHT RULES
1.
Los vuelos VFR se realizarán de forma que
la aeronave vuele en condiciones de
visibilidad y de distancia de las nubes que
sean iguales o superiores a las indicadas
en la tabla siguiente:

inferiores, hasta 1.500 m, para los
vuelos que se realicen:

oportunidad adecuada para observar
el tránsito, o cualquier obstáculo, con
tiempo suficiente para evitar una

Las mínimas VMC en el espacio aéreo
Clase A se incluyen a modo de orientación
para los pilotos y no suponen la aceptación
de vuelos VFR en el espacio aéreo Clase A.

En Colombia se ha establecido una altitud
común de transición de 18.000 ft para
todas las áreas de control terminal, por lo
tanto el nivel de referencia aplicable para
determinar la visibilidad mínima VMC será:

las autorizaciones de control de tránsito
aéreo, los vuelos VFR en vuelo horizontal
de crucero cuando operen por encima de

al agua, o a 300 m (1.000 ft) sobre el
terreno, de ambos valores el mayor, se
efectuarán a un nivel de vuelo apropiado a
la derrota, tal como está especificado en la
tabla de niveles de crucero que figura en el
Apéndice 3 del Anexo 2 de la OACI.

Un vuelo VFR que se realice como vuelo
controlado se mantendrá continuamente a
la escucha en la radiofrecuencia apropiada
de la dependencia de los servicios de
tránsito aéreo que suministre el servicio de
control de tránsito aéreo, e informará su
posición a la misma dependencia según lo
reglamentado.

Toda aeronave que opere de acuerdo con
las reglas de vuelo visual y desee cambiar
para ajustarse a las reglas de vuelo
