Fotocopia de cédula de identidad civil (1 autenticada por escribanía y 2 simples).
Nota de postulación. (Ver formato A).
Currículum vitae detallado y firmado. (Ver Formato B).
Declaración Jurada de no hallarse en la inhabilidades previstas en los Art. 14 y 16
de la Ley Nº 1626/00 “De la Función Pública”; de no haber sido beneficiado por el
Programa de Retiro Voluntario, de conformidad a la Ley Nº 3964/10 y no haberse
acogido al Régimen Jubilatorio, a excepción de los docentes y la investigación
científica, conforme al Art. 16 y 143 de la Ley Nº 1626/00 y su modificatoria Ley Nº
3989/10. (Ver Formato C).
Declaración Jurada de estar o no estar incurso o incursa en relación de parentesco
en la función pública (Formato D)
Fotocopias simples de contratos y/o certificados que acrediten la experiencia laboral
del candidato en trabajos anteriores (general y específica).
Fotocopias de títulos y certificados que acrediten su Formación Académica.
Certificado de no poseer antecedentes policiales y judiciales (vigentes y firmados).

Certificado de médico que lo acredite apto para el cargo.
