TRANSPORTE POR VACÍO Y TANQUES DE TRATAMIENTO
Muchas son las especies de pescados y procesos, que admiten el transporte por vacío, eliminando un importante trasiego
internos de cajas, agilizando los procesos y mejorando la calidad de los mismos. El transporte por vacío con sus múltiples
aplicaciones en el sector alimentario responde a los requerimientos de higiene y seguridad operativa que precisan esta
industria, suministrando el equipo en acero inoxidable AISI 316L.
El principio operativo del transporte neumático por vacío se basa en la utilización de una bomba como generador de vacío.
El control de esta bomba igual que el de todo el sistema, está automatizado.
Con cierre de las válvulas del circuito, permite generar el vacío en la tolva y en la tubería de transporte, iniciando la
aspiración de material desde el punto de alimentación: silo, tolva, o depósito.
Durante la fase de transporte, el filtro integrado en el transporte evita que el agua llegue a la bomba de vacío y
posteriormente al área de trabajo. Es un sistema totalmente cerrado. En la fase de aspiración, el calderín se llena de aire
comprimido que se liberará una vez terminada la aspiración.
Una vez se trasvasa la cantidad establecida (por cantidad o por tiempo), la bomba de vacío se detiene, abriéndose la válvula
para la descarga por gravedad de la tolva. Simultáneamente el aire comprimido acumulado limpia el filtro integrado en la
tolva.
Terminada la descarga y limpieza, se inicia un nuevo ciclo.
Son muchas las ventajas y prestaciones que se pueden destacar, además de eliminar movimientos y limpieza de cajas y
contenedores, permite mediante tuberías y válvulas neumáticas, la descarga en el tanque deseado mediante un cuadro de
control, informatizado y de manera sencilla.

VACUUM SYSTEM TRANSPORT AND TREATMENT TANKS
There are many species of fish and processes which support the vacuum transport, eliminating an
important internal transfer of boxes or bins, streamlining processes and improving the quality thereof.
Vacuum conveying with its many applications in the food industry meets hygiene requirements and

The operating principle of the vacuum transport is based on the use of a pump as a vacuum generator .
The pump control like the entire system is automated .
With valve closing of the circuit allows the vacuum generated in the hopper and into the transport pipe,
initiating aspiration of material from the feed point: silo, hopper or tank .
During the transport, the integrated transport filter prevents water from reaching the vacuum pump and
then to the workspace . It is a completely closed system. In the suction phase, the cylinder is filled with
compressed air which is released upon completion of the aspiration .
Once the set amount is achieved (quantity or time), the vacuum pump is stopped, opening the valve for
gravity discharge hopper. Simultaneously clean compressed air accumulates in the hopper integrated
filter. After the unloading and self cleaning of the filter , a new cycle begins. The entire operation is
computerized.
