In this Master degree Thesis Work, the subject of study has been the initiatives in
the field of the internationalization of the vocational education.
The internationalization, as can be seen through the work, isn’t tied to the areas of
economics or tourism. It has reached education, and it is essential that the vocational
training schools and education system adapt to this reality.
The certification and standardization of degrees is one of the main issues here, as is
happening now in the university.

But in this Thesis Work, it is going to be the way that vocational education can have
an international dimension, and the way to prepare students for the world after school.
Five vocational schools in Navarra (Spain) have been studied, to analyse in each of
them the different projects and activities related with internationalization that have been
held.
As a result, as exposed in the objectives, different classifications have been made, in
which each Project is analysed from the study of the vocational schools.
This way, it is expected to allow to know the offer of projects and initiatives for the
internationalization in the vocational education, and what’s the state of each one of them.
Moreover, it will offer all the interesting information in neat and tidy way.
Together with this classification and information, it has been tried to provide an
overview of the chances that the internationalization of the education through the various
projects that exist today. This is made by gathering the different points of view of the
schools, and the analysis of the sources of information.

En el presente documento de Trabajo de Fin de Máster, se ha tratado de estudiar
todas las iniciativas que se dan en el ámbito de la internacionalización de la educación en
la FP.
La internalización, como se ve a lo largo de todo el trabajo, no se limita al ámbito de
la economía o del turismo, como podemos comprobar a diario. Ha llegado a la educación,
y dentro de la Formación Profesional es imprescindible que los centros y los sistemas
educativos se adapten a esa realidad.

Una prioridad es la de la homologación y estandarización de los títulos de Formación
Profesional a lo largo de toda Europa, tal y como ocurre con los títulos universitarios.
Pero en este trabajo lo que se va a abordar es el modo de dar una dimensión
internacional a los estudios de Formación Profesional que ya se imparten y preparar a los
alumnos con una formación de calidad para esa realidad.
Se han estudiado cinco centros de Formación Profesional de la Comunidad Foral
para analizar en cada uno de ellos los diferentes proyectos y actividades relacionados con
la internacionalización que se han llevado a cabo.
El resultado, tal y como se expuso en un primer momento en los objetivos, a partir
de los resultados que ha ofrecido ese estudio de los centros educativos se han elaborado
diferentes clasificaciones en las que se analiza cada proyecto llevado a cabo.
De esta manera se espera que permita conocer a quien pueda estar interesado, la
oferta de proyectos e iniciativas de internacionalización que existen en la FP, y cuál es el
estado de cada una de ellas. Además de ofrecer toda la información de interés de una
manera clara y ordenada.
Junto con esa clasificación e información, se ha tratado de aportar, a partir del punto
de vista de los centros que las han llevado a cabo y el análisis realizado de las fuentes de
información, un resumen de las oportunidades que ofrece la internacionalización de la
educación mediante la participación en los diversos proyectos que existen.
