PROPONEMOS UNA NUEVA FORMA DE URBANISMO INTEGRADO EN LA NATURALEZA. EL CONCEPTO URBANO DE ESPACIO, NO ES
UN LUGAR DE REPRESENTACIÓN ENTRE LO PÚBLICO Y LO PRIVADO, ENTRE LA AUTORIDAD Y LOS CIUDADANOS; EN CAMBIO ES UN
LUGAR DE NEGOCIACIÓN ENTRE HUMANOS Y ENTRE HUMANOS Y LOS ARTEFACTOS QUE DOTAN LA VIDA CONTEMPORÁNEA. EL DISTRITO NÚMERO 1 SERÁ UEL MODELO PARA OTROS DISTRITOS QUE SERÁN CONSTRUIDOS EN EL NAMC. RESPONDERÁ A LA FORMA DE
VIDA DEL SIGLO XXI. NO EXISTIRÁ OTRO EN EL MUNDO PORQUE SU PROPUESTA RESPONDE UNICAMENTE A ESTE LUGAR, ESTE TIEMPO Y ESTE PROYECTO. ESTARÁ EN UNIDAD CON LOS DEMÁS DISTRITOS DE LA CIUDAD. UN ESPACIO DE TOLERANCIA Y COEXISTENCIA
ENTRE TODOS LOS AGENTES URBANOS; CIUDADANOS, PEATONES Y TRAFICO VEHICULAR. NATURALEZA ESPECIALIZADA, ESPACIOS
DE TRANSICIÓN, ESPACIOS DISEÑADOS PARA RITUALES Y PARA LA FONOMENOLOGÍA DE LA EXISTENCIA.
PAISAJE URBANO DEL SIGLO XXI, PAISAJE HERMOSO DE LA PERIFERIA QUE SUPERA ESCENARIOS OBSOLETOS DE MANZANAS Y
CALLES, DE CENTRO Y DE BARRIOS.
The urban District Number 1. It is not a small city; it is a joint part of the New City. It will reach the perfect balance between
the neutral sphere, the urban sphere and the Net sphere. It will crown the end of the West Arc of the NAMC. The citizen will
be the protagonist of the story, offered as a blank book for its construction.
We propose a new way of urbanism integrated into nature. The urban concept of space is no longer a place of “representation” between private and public, between the authority and townspeople; instead it is a space of negotiation among humans and between humans and the artefacts that endow contemporary life. District number 1 will be a model for the other
districts that will be built in the NAMC. It will respond to the forms of living in the XXI century. It will be original and innovative.
There will be no other in the world because this proposal responds only to this place, to this time and to this project. It will
be in unity with the other districts of the city. A space of tolerance and coexistence among all the urban agents; citizens,
pedestrians and vehicular traffic. Specialized nature, transition spaces, places designated for rituals and phenomenology
of existence.
Urban landscape of the XXI century, beautiful landscape of the periphery that surpasses the obsolete sceneries of squares
and streets, downtown and neighbourhoods.
