 Dear Homeowners:
Happy Mother’s Day. I am both a mother and grandmother and have got to say that this holiday
is probably my favorite. Not because it’s about me, but because it’s usually a time when all the
kids and grandchildren come around and visit, call, play and fill my life with love and laughter.
So to all the mothers out there, I hope your day was blessed and filled with laughter.
This is next notice is with little advanced time, so my apologies. One of the LaPaloma
employee’s son had a terrible accident, with severe brain injury and he is still unconscious.
There will be a special breakfast this Saturday at Punta Delfin starting at 10:00. Tickets are $15
per person with proceeds going to help the family with the serious medical expense they are
facing. Your prayers and good intentions are welcomed. I look forward to seeing as many of
you as possible tomorrow. If you are unable to come but want to support this family, donations
may be sent to either BajaSe or to the La Paloma Office.
Our staff continues to outdo itself. The north parking lot is not complete with the new widen and
smooth sidewalks. The sidewalks have been extended around the “160” series of condo as
there were just rocks there previously for a walkway. The next parking area to upgrade will be
the main entrance down to the Punta Ballena side. All the “parking stops” with the condo
numbers on them have been replaced in both the east and north parking areas.
The maintenance staff has been upgrading all the trash areas to include a recycling bin. There
are signs on the front of the trash area indicating which side is recycle and which is regular.
The recycle will be for bottles/glass and cans only. It would be helpful if you cleaned out the
glass and cans and placed them in clear bags, though that is not essential. This recycling is a
long time coming and I’m so glad that the staff took the initiative to get it done. Thank you for
supporting this process.
The landscaping crew has worked hard this spring. All lawns have been fertilized. Plants,
bushes, trees and flowers trimmed, replanted, and areas redesigned. It’s been fun to watch the
process. The other morning I saw a new water fountain installed with a very nice stone design
around the base. The “quiet” area by World International has just blossomed with flowers and
bushes. New benches with padding have been installed. It’s a great place to sit quietly, reading
or simply enjoying the tranquility.
We continue to get ready for our busy summer season. The last newsletter had reminders
regarding the rental process; paperwork required; numbers allowed per unit; pet policy, etc.
Please review what was in that letter if you will be renting. It’s very important to keep HOA
Office in the rental loop. Thanks.

Feliz día de las madres!!. Soy una madre y abuela y tengo que decir que esta fiesta es
probablemente mi favorita. No porque se trata de mí, sino porque por lo general es un
momento en que todos los hijos y nietos vienen y visitan, llaman y llenar mi vida con
amor y risas . Así que para todas las mamas por ahí, espero que su día haya sido
bendecido y lleno de risas.
Este es el próximo aviso es con poco tiempo de anticipacion, así que mis disculpas .
Uno de hijo de una empleada de La Paloma tubo un terrible accidente , con una lesión
cerebral grave y todavía esta inconsciente . Habrá un desayuno especial este sábado
en Punta Delfin partir de las 10:00 . Los boletos cuestan $ 15 usd por persona cuya
recaudación se destinará a ayudar a la familia con los gastos médicos graves que se
enfrentan. Sus oraciones y buenas intenciones son bienvenidos. Me gustaría ver a
muchos de ustedes a los que les sea posible mañana. Si no puede venir, pero quiere
apoyar a esta familia, las donaciones pueden ser enviadas a cualquiera Baja Se o a la
Oficina La Paloma
Nuestro personal sigue superándose a sí mismos. El estacionamiento del Norte no se
ha completado con el nuevo ensanchar y aceras lisas. Las aceras se han extendido por
los " 160’s ", sólo había rocas allí anteriormente en los pasillos. La siguiente zona de
topes de estacionamiento para actualizar, será la entrada principal hacia el lado de
Punta Ballena todo con los números de condominios en ellos han sido sustituidos en el
este y el norte de las áreas de estacionamiento.
El personal de mantenimiento ha estado actualizando todas las áreas de basura para
incluir un contenedor de reciclaje. Hay señales en la parte delantera de la zona de
basura que indica cuál es el lado de reciclaje, y que es regular. El reciclaje será para
botellas / latas y vidrio solamente. Sería de gran ayuda si limpias el vidrio y las latas y
los colocó en bolsas transparentes, aunque esto no es esencial. Este reciclaje tomo
mucho tiempo en poderlo lograr y estoy muy contenta de que el personal se tomó la
iniciativa para lograrlo y que se haga. Gracias por apoyar este proceso. El equipo de
jardinería ha trabajado duro esta primavera. Todos los céspedes han sido fertilizados.
Plantas, arbustos, árboles y flores cortadas, replantada y áreas rediseñadas. Ha sido
divertido ver el proceso. La otra mañana vi una nueva fuente de agua instalada con un
diseño de piedra muy agradable alrededor de la base. La zona "tranquila" por World
Internacional acabada con flores y arbustos. Nuevos bancos con el acolchado se han
instalado. Es un gran lugar para sentarse tranquilamente, leer o simplemente disfrutar
de la tranquilidad. Continuamos preparandonos para nuestra temporada de verano. El
último boletín tenía recordatorios sobre el proceso de alquiler; documentación
requerida; números permitidos por unidad; Norma de los animales, etc. Por favor,
