PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
The Hcy is a human liquid control serum.
Is intended for quality control procedures in examining the
accuracy and precision of quantitative homocysteine assays.

El control de Hcy es un suero humano líquido.

REAGENTS
The controls consist of homocysteine in a human serum base.
The concentration of the Hcy is lot-specific. See chart below for
the values.
PRECAUCIONES
Cada unidad de donante utilizada para la preparación de este
material ha resultado ser negativa, en test aprovados por la
FDA, para HIV-1 p24 AG, HIV I/II Ab, Hbs AG y HCV 2.0 AB.
Sin embargo, deben manipularse y desecharse con precaución
como potencialmente infecciosos.
PRECAUTIONS
Each donor unit in the preparation of this material was tested
by FDA-approved method and found negative for HIV-1 p24
AG, HIV I/II Ab, Hbs AG and HCV 2.0 AB. However this
material and all patient samples should be handled as if
potentially infectious and disposed accordingly.

STORAGE AND STABILITY
The Control serum is stable until the expiration date on the label
when stored tightly closed at 2-8ºC and contaminations are
prevented during their use.
Do not use reagents over the expiration date or if there is
visible evidence of microbial grown.
Store tightly capped when not use.
Do not mix the reagents of different lots.
Do not freeze.

CONSERVACIÓN Y ESTABILIDAD
El Suero control es estable hasta la fecha de caducidad indicada
en el envase cuando se mantiene el vial bien cerrado a 2-8ºC, y
se evita la contaminación durante su uso.
No utilizar reactivos que hayan sobrepasado la fecha de
caducidad o con signos evidentes de contaminación
microbiana.
Conservar los viales bien cerrados después de su uso.
No congelar
