DIETER MATTHIES WACKER
Ship broker for over 50 years. He has been the Company CEO since
2005 and is currently a member of the Board in several shipping, general
and ship brokerage, and logistic companies.
CLAUS KRUMDIEK MAJEWSKI
Ship broker with over 30 years of experience. He specialized in the
management of shipping companies in Germany. CEO and General
Manager of La Hanseática S.A. and Director of AIH since 2005.
WOLF DIETER KREFFT BERTHOLD
Business and Foreign Trade Manager. He has been Director of the
Company since 2005. Additionally, he is Director in several shipping,
general and ship brokerage, and logistic companies.
ENRIQUE VARGAS LORET DE MOLA
Bachelor of Science from the University of Tampa, United States of America
and took the Advanced Management Program in Harvard Business
School. Currently, General Manager in Cosmos Agencia Marítima S.A.C.
and member of AIH Board of Directors since 2005.

the Company since 2009
CARLOS DEL SOLAR SIMPSON
Member of the Board of Directors and of Executive Committees of the
National Mining Society, Peruvian Oil and Energy, National Confederation
of Private Business Associations (CONFIEP) and Foreign Trade Society
of Peru (COMEXPERU). Chairman of the Consulting Board of the
Postgraduate School of Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas
(UPC). President and General Manager of Hunt Oil for the past 10 years.
He is currently Executive Consultant. He has worked for 20 years in
Occidental Petroleum, holding the following positions: Vice-President for
Exploration in Peru, Regional Manager for Exploration in Latin America
and the Caribbean, Vice-President for Exploration in Malaysia, Regional
Operation Manager for Latin America and President and General Manager
of the Venezuelan Business Unit. Between 1998 and 2001, President
and General Manager for ARCO in Brazil, Colombia, Peru and Trinidad.
Geologist and Geological Engineer graduated at Universidad Nacional
Mayor de San Marcos, and Master of Sciences from University of
Stanford, California. Graduated from the Senior Management Program,
Universidad de Piura.
MIGUEL ARAMBURÚ ÁLVAREZ-CALDERÓN
Member of the Board of Directors at Castrovirreyna Compañía Minera
S.A., Corporación Minera Castrovirreyna S.A., Maestro Perú S.A., Coronet
Metals Inc; member of the Investment Committee at Enfoca SAFI S.A.C.,
and of the Consultant Committee at Crosland Técnica S.A. He worked for
15 years for Hochschild Mining PLC, multinational mining company listed
in the London Stock Exchange, until March 2010, his last position was as
CEO. He participated actively in the international growth and expansion
of the company, as well as in the listing process. He holds an MBA from
the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University (1995). He is an
Industrial Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (1987).
