As provided for in Point 1.4.1 of the Tender Documents, the PROINVERSION
Infrastructure and Public Utilities Committee hereby informs that the date for the
Distribution of the final version of the Concession Contract has been postponed. The new
schedule for the tender process will be informed in due time.
