Notice of Town Council Election:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a General Municipal Election will be held in the Town of Yountville on
Tuesday, November 8, 2016, for the following officers:
For one (1) Member of the Town Council
Partial term of two (2) years
For two (2) Members of the Town Council
Full term of four (4) years
The nomination period for these offices begins on July 18, 2016 and closes on August 12, 2016 at
5:00 p.m.

Residents Bash - Mark your calendars and join your neighbors from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Enjoy music, dancing, food and drinks. This exclusive event is for Yountville Residents only
(maximum 400 residents) and will take place at the Community Center. The cost for this
exciting and inaugural event is $10. Call (707) 9448712 to reserve your place!
Annual Campout - Come join us under the
stars for a memorable community evening at our
Annual Camp Out & Movie Night. The event is
FREE, however pre-registration is required for the
camping element of the event and space is limited.

Music in the Park - The fun doesn’t stop! Join
your neighbhors and friends at Music in the Parks
on August 28th from 5-7 p.m. Enjoy a performance by Sow Belly Trio. The featured food

Community Profile: Sergeant John Hallman
Meet Sergeant John Hallman - John will be the new Deputy in Yountville. He
is very excited to be here and is a Napa Valley native.
Here’s a little more about Sergeant Hallman:
What are your primary responsibilities? Supervise Napa County Sheriff’s
Office Staff assigned to Yountville/ Project & Problem resolution/ Department
trainer/ Computer Forensics
Why you are excited about working in Yountville? I love the friendly
community with community-oriented policing opportunities. The partnership
between a community and law enforcement to resolve issues is very
important and effective.
