Esta declaración debe ser llenada por toda persona cuya edad sea
igual o superior a 18 años.
This affidavit must be completed by a person with 18 years old or
more.
En caso de menores de 18 años, deberá ser llenado por el mayor de
edad que lo tenga bajo su cuidado, para los efectos de su ingreso al
país.
In case of any person under 18 years-old, this document must be filled
by the adult in charge, for entering the country.
El ingreso al país de todo vegetal, animal, producto o subproducto de
origen animal, se encuentra regulado. Estas normas se aplicarán a
toda clase de equipaje, incluso al de los diplomáticos y funcionarios
oficiales del país, de gobiernos extranjeros y de organismos
internacionales.
The entry of any vegetable, animal, animal origin product or byproduct
is under regulations. These regulations will be applied to all type of
baggage, including those carried by diplomatic or government officials,
foreign government officials and representatives of international
organizations.
