HOTEL BOOKINGS THROUGH GUAMATUR TRAVEL AGENCY

Thimun Latin America Conference – 28th September - 1th October 2016
Guamatur is the Travel Agency in Montevideo, Uruguay and is able to supply hotel
accomodation to THIMUN participants at special rates (see the table prices attached ) and
transport services, Airport/Port pick up services, sightseeing tours, pre or post Conference tours in
and around Montevideo, etc.
Guamatur is willing and able to make the reservations for any hotel in Montevideo . Therefore
if you wish to stay in a particular hotel not listed, please contact us and make use of the
facilities provided by Guamatur Travel Agency.
Write directly to us preferably by email to our contact Mrs Mónica Delgado
([email protected]) giving specific details on dates and the number of nights
you will be staying in. Guamatur will reply with the confirmation of the booking.
Please note the following :
1. Do not send the Guamatur Forms to the THIMUN Office, but send it to:
[email protected]
2. Do not transfer the amount of your reservation to the THIMUN Bank account, but directly to
Guamatur Bank details.
We advise you to book as soon as possible. Guamatur will handle all bookings on a first come,
first served basis.
All prices are in American Dollars (USD) per room, per night, to be paid to Guamatur Travel
Agency. The transfers prices are in Uruguayan Pesos.
Prices include daily breakfast, taxes and service costs, of the double /twins rooms.
Triple rooms might be double room plus an extra bed.
All nightly rates are for the Conference dates only 2 nights . If anybody needs extra nights , please
ask for a quotation and
availability to Guamatur Travel Agency.
DEADLINE DATES
Hotels keep the bookings without cancellation charges until 60 days before the arrival at the
hotel.
All hotels request a deposit payment of 50% of the total amount (60
days prior to the arrival date).
Balance due 35 days prior of the arrival to the hotel.

PAYMENT
You can make the payment by credit card or bank transfer. As soon as the Travel
Agency receives your payment your booking is guaranteed.
Until this date we will keep your booking as an option.
