Querido amigo y regatista,
Bienvenido a la 35 Copa del Rey MAPFRE, que este año se celebra entre los días 30 de Julio
al 6 de Agosto.
Con el fin de facilitar su estancia entre nosotros, me es grato comunicarle que la Oficina de
Regatas (localizada en frente de la piscina) permanecerá abierta durante toda la regata,
donde le atenderemos gustosamente y ayudaremos en todo lo que esté a nuestro alcance.
En la misma puede formalizar su inscripción, recoger la tarjeta de acceso al parking (una por
barco participante), las pulseras de acceso, ver el parte meteorológico diario y solicitar toda
la información que precise.

Para el mejor funcionamiento de la regata, le rogamos que compruebe con antelación los
documentos necesarios para su inscripción y exhiba los originales para su comprobación (o los
adelante por email a [email protected]).
Tened en cuenta estos apuntes especiales:
1.- Los barcos que vayan a presentarse al trofeo Corinthian deben presentar antes del cierre
de la confirmación de registro el código ISAF de toda la tripulación, incluido el del patrón.
2.- Además este año todos los barcos participantes deberán presentar el certificado de su
compañía de seguros como que su embarcación está cubierta en regatas.
3.- Recordamos que todas las lanchas de apoyo deberán registrarse en la oficina de regatas.
En la web oficial de la regata: www.regatacopadelrey.com encontrará información útil tales
como documentos oficiales, programa de actos sociales, plano de puerto, etc. No deje de
consultarla!
Así mismo agradecemos a los que todavía no hayan enviado la fecha de llegada y partida del
barco (así como de las furgonetas o lanchas de apoyo) no duden en hacerlo a

Dear friend and sailor:
On behalf of the Real Club Náutico de Palma, I am pleased to welcome you to the 35 COPA
DEL REY MAPFRE to be held from the 30th of July to the 6th of August.
In order to offer the best service possible, we are pleased to inform you that the Race Office
will be open during the whole period of the event. The staff at the Race Office is there to
assist you and to make sure everything runs efficiently and smoothly.
At this office you will be able to finalise your entry form, pick up the car access parking card
(one per participating yacht), the access bracelets, receive the daily meteorological
information, etc.

Please, come by the Race Office (allocated in front of the swimming pool) and check that you
have all the required documents (only originals) for the registration. (You may send them in
advance to: [email protected]).
Please note some special requests:
1.- If you wish to enter for the Corinthian trophy as well, do not forget to present the ISAF
sailor code during the registration period.
2.- This year we also will be ask for a certificate from your insurance company that your boat
is covered during the period of the regatta.
3.- We remind all the support ribs to register at the race office.

information such as: official documents, social events program, marina diagram, etc. we
recommend you to keep updated on what’s on through the official website.
We also would like to remind those boats who have not sent us their arrival and
departure dates, (as well as any vans, or ribs) please do so to: [email protected].
