Dear Cedars Families,
Our Annual Fall Festival is right around the corner. The Festival
will be held at Cedars International Academy on Friday, October
21, 2016, from 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. The Cafeteria will be
serving delicious food and drinks. Please plan to come for dinner and
bring your family and friends.

We will have carnival games, video
and wii game station, Karaoke,
laser tag, petting zoo, dunking
booth, face painting, tattoo,
bouncy house, hay hunt, costume
contest, bingo, donut bobbing,
haunted house, cake walk, and
much more!

COST:
Wristbands will be sold for all students that want unlimited
access to all games and activities. Wristbands will be sold for
$20.00 prior to the event. Wristbands will be sold for $25.00 at
the gate. Tickets will be sold at the door for $0.25/each. !
PARKING:
We will provide free transportation to and from Cedars during the
event. This will free up parking on the street. Please park at 1000
Rutherford and a van will transport you back and forth.
What would our Fall Festival be without our
Costume Contest and Parade? All of our
students are invited to dress up and join in
the fun of this wild event. Please remember
to wear appropriate costumes and no weapons!

In order to make our festival a success we will
need your help with donations, setting/cleaning up, serving food, and
running the booths. Each classroom is in charge of running a booth
and collecting donations for the booth. Please return the donations
and forms to the school any time, but the last date is Thursday
morning, October 20, 2016.

Basket Items will be used as prizes for the Bingo Booth! Each class
is responsible for creating a themed basket as a prize.

3rd Grade – Ellis & Miles: Candy (NO NUTS) AND games for the Game

4th Grade –Norman & Simpson: Candy (NO NUTS) AND relaxation and pamper
items for the Relaxation Basket
5th Grade – Gilbert & Martinez: Colored hairspray AND educational items for
the Education Basket
6th Grade – Hendricks & Hill: Spooky items for the haunted house AND
sleepover items for the Sleepover Basket
7th Grade – Caldwell & Vargas: Spooky items for the haunted house AND movie
items for the Movie Basket
Remember, the success of our Fall Festival is dependent upon the
wonderful families here at Cedars, so please VOLUNTEER to help with the
organization, planning, and running of this terrific event. We hope to
see you all there, October 21, 2016 at 5:30 pm!

Queridas Familias de Cedars,
Nuestro Festival Anual de Otoño está a la vuelta de la esquina. El
festival se celebrará en Cedars International Academy el Viernes
21 de octubre del 2016, de las 5:30 pm a las 8:30 pm. La
cafetería estará sirviendo comidas y bebidas deliciosas. Por favor,
haga planes para venir a cenar y traiga a su familia y amigos.
Tendremos juegos de carnaval, wii y
videojuegos, zoológico, pinta caras,
brincolin, caceria de alfalfa,
concurso de disfraces, bingo, meneo
de donuts, karaoke, laser, cabina de
mojar, casa encantada, caminata de
pasteles, y mucho más!

COSTO: Las pulseras se venderan para todos los estudiantes que quieran acceso ilimitado
a todos los juegos y actividades. Las pulseras se venderán por $20 antes del
evento. Las pulseras!
se venderá por $25 en la puerta. Los tickets se
venderán en la puerta a $0.25 /cada uno. PARKING: Les proporcionaremos transportacion gratuita desde y hacia Cedars durante el
evento. Esto permitirá liberar el estacionamiento en la calle. Por favor
estacionese en 1000 Rutherford y una van lo transportara de ida y vuelta. ¿Cuál sería de nuestro Festival de Otoño sin
nuestros Desfile y Concurso disfraces? Todos
nuestros estudiantes son invitados a disfrasarce y que
se unan a la diversion de este evento salvaje. Por favor
recuerde usar el traje adecuado y no armas!

Con el fin de hacer de nuestro festival un éxito,
necesitamos de su ayuda con donaciones, arreglos/
limpieza, sirviendo alimentos, y en los puestos. Cada clase está a cargo de un
puesto y colectar las donaciones para su puesto. Favor de devolver las
donaciones y las formas a la escuela en cualquier momento, pero el último día
es el viernes por la mañana, 20 de octubre, 2015.
