1. PRESENTERS OF PERFORMING
ARTS
Profesionales a cargo de la programación de espectáculos en Salas o Festivales de Chile o el extranjero
que puedan acreditar más de dos años de trabajo
ininterrumpidos. Sólo se aceptará un (1) representante por institución.
Professionals in charge of organizing performing art
presentations and/or overseeing theaters or festivals
with more than two years of continued work. Only
one (1) representative for institution allowed.
¿CÓMO PUEDES PARTICIPAR?
Llenando el formulario de participación (www.
fundacionteatroamil.cl/internacional/platea/#formulario-platea-17) entre el 6 de septiembre y el 6 de
diciembre 2016. Las solicitudes de inscripción serán
evaluadas por orden de llegada y la Fundación
Teatro a Mil comunicará vía email la aceptación de
la inscripción dentro de 10 días hábiles entregada la
postulación.
¿QUÉ BENEFICIOS TIENEN LOS PROGRAMADORES?
Quince (15) entradas liberadas a los espectáculos
de la programación oficial de PLATEA. La Fundación se contactará vía email con la propuesta de
espectáculos y se solicitará enviar su selección
antes del 6 de diciembre 2016. Todos aquellos programadores que se inscriban posterior a esa fecha
deberán seleccionar sus tickets según disponibilidad de las salas.
Acceso gratuito a las funciones especiales y
showcases especiales planeados para programadores durante PLATEA.
Participación en las actividades de encuentro y
desarrollo profesional de PLATEA tales como inauguración, charlas, actividades de creación de redes
y proyectos, masterclasses y talleres.
Tarifas preferenciales para paquetes hoteleros y
de transportes.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
Apply for registration by filling the Applicants´ form
(www.fundacionteatroamil.cl/internacional/platea/#formulario-platea-17) between September 6th
and December 6nd 2016. Teatro a Mil Foundation
will review the registrations first come-first served
until all spaces are taken and will communicate
acceptance results via email within 10 days of the
application receipt.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS FOR PRESENTERS?
Fifteen (15) tickets for the performances in the
official program of PLATEA. Teatro a Mil Foundation
will send the performance alternatives via email
and will await for the presenter’s selection before
December 6th 2016. All presenters that register after
this date will be subject to disponability.
Free access to special performances and special
showcases planned for presenters during PLATEA
Participation in our networking activities, lectures,
panels, meals, seminars and presentations , which
will provide you the possibility of sharing projects ,
ideas and experiences to find potential opportunities
of collaboration.
Preferential rates on hotel and transportation
packages through our official agency.
Festival Catalogue, Presenters´ Guide and bilingual guides with artistic information.

RIGHTS AND DUTIES
La credencial deberá ser retirada en el Punto de
Informaciones de PLATEA, ubicado en la sede oficial del Festival Santiago a Mil en el Centro Cultural
Gabriela Mistral (Av. Libertador Bernardo O’Higgins
227), a partir del 17 de enero, entre 10:00 y 19:00
hrs.
Accreditation must be picked up at the Information Desk during Presenters´ Week in Santiago a Mil
Festival´s official headquarters in GAM- Gabriela
Mistral Cultural Center (Av. Libertador Bernardo
O´higgins 227) from January 17th, between 10am
and 7pm.
La inscripción y credencial son personales e
intransferibles. En caso de requerir un cambio de
nombre del participante se deberá comunicar 15
días antes del inicio de la actividad.
Registration and accreditation are personal and
non-transferable. If a participating organization requires a name change in its representative, it should
be communicated a minimum of 15 days before the
start of activities.
Los datos entregados a través del formulario de
inscripción (nombre, cargo, actividad y contacto)
pasarán a ser parte de la base de datos de Fundación Teatro a Mil y se compartirán con el resto de
los participantes.
Information regarding name, job title, activity and
email contact will be taken from the registration
form and will become part of Teatro a Mil Foundation´s database, which will also be shared with the
other participants.
Se solicita a los participantes llenar los instrumentos de evaluación entregados por la organización después de PLATEA donde informan los espectáculos que fueron de su interés y que podrían
ser presentados en sus espacios/festivales.
We request that you inform Teatro a Mil Foundation via Platea’s evaluation vehicles, the performances that were of interest to you and that you may
wish to invite to your theater/festival.

2. AGENTS, PRODUCERS AND MANAGERS OF THE PERFORMING ARTS.
Profesionales de producción, agentes, representantes y managers de espectáculos del mundo que
puedan acreditar más de dos años de trabajo ininterrumpidos. Sólo se aceptará un (1) representante
por institución.
Production professionals, agents, producers and managers of performing arts throughout the world with
more than two years of continued work. Only one (1)
representative for institution allowed.
El costo de participación para productores internacionales es de USD 250 para cubrir los costos
de tickets, transporte, producción de actividades y
encuentros, etc. La transferencia electrónica hará
válida su participación una vez que su solicitud sea
aceptada.
The cost of participation for international agents is
USD $250 NET value (all taxes and commissions are
the participants´ responsibility) which is used to cover the costs for tickets, transport, cocktails, activities, etc. Once your application has been accepted,
the wire-transfer will finalize your process of registration before December 6th.
Los productores chilenos quedarán excentos del
costo de participación.
Chilean production professionals do not pay the
participation cost.

Instituciones, públicas o privadas, nacionales e
internacionales dedicadas a la cooperación cultural
internacional. Sólo se aceptará un (1) representante
por institución.
Public and Private Institutions (Chilean or foreign)
dedicated to international cultural cooperation. Only
one (1) representative for institution allowed.
El Consejo Nacional de la Cultura podrá acreditarse como colaborador cultural en las siguientes
áreas: teatro, danza, circo, internacionalización,
economía creativa y Red Cultura con un representante validado por la dirección de su departamento.
¿CÓMO PUEDES PARTICIPAR?
