Los cursos de agua que reciben alivios
contienen flotantes de las aguas
residuales. Cuando los estanques de
retención se llenan de aguas
residuales más de lluvia, alivian agua
bruta no filtrada a ríos, lagos, mar, etc...
Los tamices QUILTON-ROMAG se han
diseñado para tamizar las aguas
procedentes de alivios, antes de su
descaga para no contaminar.
Orillas sucias de un arroyo por descarga de aguas
residuales-pluviales provenientes de un estanque
de retención.

Son de:

The surface water resources receiving
overflow systems contain wastewater
floating materials. When the retention
basins are full of wastewater and
stormwater, they discharge untreated
water to rivers, lakes, sea, and so forth.

Características de Diseño
Design Features
El tamiz de aguas residuales-pluviales QUILTON-ROMAG para grandes
caudales está concebido como un sistema modular. Todos los modelos están
constituidos principalmente por los mismos elementos que pueden ser
ensamblados según las necesidades. La construcción de la estructura es
mediante perfiles rectangulares estables y soporta el tamiz, el carro de limpieza
y el cilindro.
El tamiz se compone de barras calibradas pretensadas. La sección de los
barrotes asegura una utilización óptima de la superficie de filtración, una escasa
resistencia de paso y un gran caudal. La distancia normalizada entre los
barrotes es de 4mm. lo que asegura la retención de todos los cuerpos flotantes.
Según la longitud del tamiz, se utiliza uno o varios carros de limpieza dispuestos
por el lado de la salida del agua. La limpieza del tamiz se conecta y desconecta
por un mando de control de nivel.

The QUILTON-ROMAG high performance screen is designed to a modular
system. All types consist largely of elements which can be put together to obtain
the most suitable type of screen for each particular application. The robust frame
structure holds the screen grate, the cleaning carriage with the comb stacks and
the cylinder.
The screen grate is built up from pre-tensioned screen bars. The bar
cross-section ensures optimum use of the screen area, low screen resistance
and high flow capacity. The standardized bar interval is 4mm., so that all the
undesirable floating materials are retained.
One or more cleaning carriages are arranged on the outflow side depending on
the screen length. The screen cleaning is switched on and off as a function of the
level.

- Los sólidos retenidos se recogen en un pozo y
se eliminan al bajar el nivel de agua.
- Apropiado para instalaciones existentes con
poca altura disponible.
El mismo lugar del arroyo después de la
colocación de un tamiz de aguas residualespluviales QUILTON-ROMAG (para gran caudal) en el
estanque de retención de agua pluvial.
