While a Motion to Withdraw Capias is related to your criminal case, we cannot represent you unless the Judge
appoints us to do so. In most cases, the Court discharges the Public Defender at the time the capias is issued, so the
Public Defender cannot file a Motion to Withdraw Capias on your behalf.
*Si bien una Petición para Retirar Mandato de Arresto está relacionada con su caso criminal, nosotros no podemos representarle a
menos que el Juez nos nombre para hacerlo. En la mayoría de los casos el Tribunal dispensa al Defensor Público al momento en
que el mandato de arresto es emitido, por consiguiente el Defensor Público no puede presentar la Petición para Retirar Mandato
de Arresto en su nombre.
