HIV Educational Materials Available from DSHS www.dshs.state.tx.us/hivstd/info/edmat Texas residents, including healthcare providers, may order HIV/STD pamphlets and other educational materials free of charge from the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Warehouse. There are three ways to order materials: 1. Visit the DSHS Warehouse online ordering system at http://webds.dshs.state.tx.us/mamd/litcat/default.asp. 2. Send a written request to: DSHS Warehouse/Literature and Forms, P.O. Box 149347, Austin TX 78714-9347 3. Fax a written request to (512) 424-4810 Please include the stock number, desired quantity, your name and physical address (not P.O. Box) on all orders. The warehouse will not accept telephone orders, but you can check order status by calling (512) 458-7761. Some titles may be out of stock or only available in limited quantities. Check with the DSHS Warehouse for availability details. Materials with a publication number beginning with “E” are only available in electronic format.
