CORRECCIÓN DE ERRORES
del Reglamento (UE) nº 334/2014 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 11 de marzo de 2014,
por el que se modifica el Reglamento (UE) nº 528/2012, relativo a la comercialización y el uso de
los biocidas, en relación con determinadas condiciones de acceso al mercado
(DO L 103 de 5.4.2014, p. 22)
Página 25, artículo 1, punto 2, letra a) (sustitución del artículo 3, apartado 1, letra s), del
Reglamento (UE) nº 528/2012)
Donde dice:
«s)
"familia de biocidas": un grupo de biocidas:
i)
con usos similares,
ii)
cuyas sustancias activas tengan las mismas especificaciones,
iii)
que presenten variaciones especificadas en su composición, y
iv)
con niveles de riesgo y eficacia similares;»,
debe decir:
«s)
"familia de biocidas": un grupo de biocidas que tengan
i)
unos usos similares,
ii)
las mismas sustancias activas,
iii)
una composición similar con variaciones especificadas, y
iv)
unos niveles similares de riesgo y eficacia;».
