PURPOSE: The Adelante Mujer Conference will help female students learn about career opportunities from
professional women in law, business, media, engineering, and other career areas.

Note: I understand that all pupils attending this event will be responsible for their conduct with the bus driver, teachers, or adult sponsors. It is further understood that
pupils will go to and return from the event on the transportation provided and that every responsible precaution will be maintained on the trip. I also understand that it is the
responsibility of my child to be at the designated place at the proper time to board the bus for the return trip. If my child fails to return as designated without reasonable
cause, he/she will be subject to appropriate action.
I have been advised that the activities involved in this field trip/excursion are not considered by the district to be of “high risk” to the participants and that out of state trips
require an additional “Waiver of Claim”.

Nota: Entiendo que todos los alumnos que asistan a este evento se responsabilizarán de su propia conducta ante el chofer del autobús, maestros, o patrocinadores
adultos. Así mismo, entiendo que los estudiantes utilizarán el servicio de transporte de ida como de regreso del evento y que se tomarán todas las debidas
precauciones durante el viaje. También entiendo que es la responsabilidad de mi hijo(a) estar en el lugar indicado a la hora convenida para abordar el autobús para el
viaje de regreso. Si mi hijo(a) no regresa al lugar designado por razones injustificadas, estará sujeto a medidas de disciplina.
Se me ha informado que las actividades durante este evento o excursión no son consideradas por el distrito como de “alto riesgo” para las personas que participan y
que viajes fuera del estado requieren de un “Desistimiento de Reclamación”.
