Il sistema:
Il sistema chiamato “Fast Beer” e “Original Fast Beer” è stato ideato per offrire
all’utente la possibilità di riempire velocemente e senza schiuma i contenitori di
vetro o in PET con la birra, per poi condividere il piacere di gustare la bevanda con
gli amici nel comfort della propria casa o direttamente nel locale.
La birra, prelevata dai classici fusti in inox, dai nuovi contenitori PET o
direttamente dalla produzione nelle micro birrerie, viene inviata al FAST BEER
in maniera naturale e senza la necessità di aumentare la contropressione (con
il rischio di sovra saturare la birra stessa) mantenendo cosi’ inalterate le proprie
caratteristiche organolettiche.
Un sistema interno al FAST BEER, dotato di una doppia microcamera di pressione,
permette all’aria (presente nella bottiglia ancora vuota) di uscire immediatamente
lasciando il proprio posto alla birra e al CO2 che è già presente nella birra stessa.
Questa particolarità che rende unico il FAST BEER fa sì che Il contatto istantaneo
della birra con l’aria presente nella bottiglia ancora vuota avvenga in maniera
velocissima e in proporzioni irrisorie tali da poter escludere un’eventuale
ossidazione della birra all’interno della bottiglia.
Due varianti disponibili: con valvola di sfiato manuale o con valvola di sfiato
automatica ideale per le bottiglie in vetro.
Paragonato ad altri sistemi presenti sul mercato, il FAST BEER ha il vantaggio di
essere il più veloce, di non necessitare di una fonte supplementare di CO2, di
essere facilmente utilizzabile e lavabile, di poter essere installato in qualunque
colonna birra, di essere estremamente affidabile in quanto il 93% delle sue parti
sono realizzate in metallo, di poter riempire oltre 60 modelli di bottiglie differenti
grazie agli innumerevoli adattatori applicabili.
The system:
The system called “Fast Beer” and “Original Fast Beer” has been created to
offer the possibility to fill with the beer glass and Pet containers in a quick way
and without the presence of the foam, allowing people to enjoy their favourite
drink with friends at home or in the pub.
The beer, drawn from the classic stainless steel kegs, or the new Pet containers or
directly at the production sites in the micro-breweries, is pushed to the FAST BEER
in a natural way and without the need of increasing the backpressure (with the
risk to supersaturate the beer), preserving its organoleptic qualities.
An internal system in the FAST BEER, equipped with a double pressure microcamera, allows the air present in the empty bottle to be expelled immediately
making way for the beer and the CO2.
This special characteristic of the FAST BEER which makes it unique allows that the
instantaneous contact of the beer with the air present in the empty bottle is very
fast so as to avoid any possible oxidation of the beer in the bottle.
There are two different models available: with manual air vent or with automatic
air vent ideal for glass bottles.
Compared to the other systems already present on the market, the fast beer
has the advantage of being the quickest one, it does not need any additional
CO2 source, it is easy to use and clean, it can be installed on all types of beer
dispensing fonts, it is extremely reliable thanks to the 93% of its parts which are
in metal, it can fill more than 60 models of different kinds of bottles thanks to the
big variety of its adaptors.

ofrecer al usuario la posibilidad de llenar rápidamente y sin espuma envases de
cristal o PET con cerveza, y luego compartir el placer de degustar la bebida con
amigos en casa o fuera.
La cerveza, extraída de los clásicos barriles de acero inoxidable, de los nuevos
envases de PET o, en el caso de las micro-cervecerías, directamente de la
producción, es enviada al FAST BEER naturalmente y sin la necesidad de aumentar
la contrapresión (con el riesgo de sobre-saturar la cerveza), así manteniendo
inalteradas todas las características organolépticas de esta bebida.
Un sistema interno al FAST BEER, equipado con una doble micro cámara de
presión, permite que el aire(presente en la botella vacía) salga de inmediato,
dejando su lugar a la cerveza y al CO2 que ya está en la misma cerveza.
Esta peculiaridad única del FAST BEER hace que el contacto instantáneo de
la cerveza con el aire de la botella vacía sea muy rápido y en proporciones
insignificantes, excluyendo completamente la posibilidad de oxidación de la
cerveza dentro de la botella.
Dos son las variantes disponibles: con válvula de ventilación manual o con válvula
de ventilación automática (ideal para las botellas de cristal).
En comparación con otros sistemas presentes en el mercado , el fast beer tiene
muchas ventajas: es el más rápido, no necesita de una fuente adicional de CO2,
es fácilmente utilizable, puede ser instalado con cualquiera columna para cerveza,
es fácilmente lavable, es extremadamente fiable , porque el 93% de sus piezas
son en metal, y puede llenar más de 60 diferentes modelos de botellas gracias a
los innumerables adaptadores aplicables.

Забор пива происходит напрямую из классического пивного кега из
нержавеющей стали, тары ПЭТ нового типа или прямо с места проиводства,
как в случае небольших пивзаводов. Затем пиво поступает естественным
путём и без необходимости в увеличении противодавления (повышает риск
перенасыщения пива газом) в уcтройство “FAST BEER”, сохраненяя таким
образом все присущие ему вкусовые качества.
Расположенное внутри крана FAST BEER устройство, оснащённое двойной
микрокамерой давления, позволяет воздуху (присутвует в пока ещё пустой
бутылке) выйти, оставив место пиву и СО2, содержащемуся в самом пиве.
За счёт этой уникальной особенности крана FAST BEER, взаимодействие
пива с воздухом, присутствующем в пустой бутылке, происходит мгновенно
и в незначительных пропорциях, что позволяет исключить вероятность
последующего окисления пива внутри бутылки.
Устройство поставляется в двух вариантах: с ручным регулированием либо
с автоматическим. Последнее является идеальным решением в случае
розлива в стеклянные бутылки.
По сравнению с другими устройствами, представленными на рынке, кран
FAST BEER обладает многими преимуществами: это самое быстрое
устройство в своём роде, отсутствие необходимости в дополнительных
источниках СО2, прост в использовании, возможность установки на любую
пивную башню, легко промывается, высокая надёжность (93% компонентов

Da sottolineare la facilità di installazione del rubinetto FAST BEER, che usa lo
stesso principio di montaggio di un classico rubinetto per birra, caratterizzato
dall’utilizzo di un semplice canotto e ghiera di fissaggio. Il rubinetto FAST BEER
può essere montato su qualsiasi colonna (5/8“ o 1/2”) pre-esistente o su colonne speciali, appositamente create per il FAST BEER.
A richiesta, il FAST BEER può essere fornito con medaglioni reclamizzati. Anche
il pomello di manovra è facilmente sostituibile ed è personalizzabile.
Installation:
Fast Beer is an easy - to- install system, having the same assembly principle
of a standard beer tap, characterized by the use of a simple shank and a simple
fixing nut. Fast beer can be combined with any kind of pre-existing dispensing
font (5/8” or ½”) or with special dispensing towers, specifically created to be
used with Fast beer. Upon specific request, Fast Beer can be provided with
advertising plate holders and with a replaceable and customizable maneuvering handle.
Montaje:
Es importante subrayar la facilidad de instalación del grifo Fast Beer , que utiliza el mismo principio de montaje de un grifo clásico para cerveza, caracterizado por el uso de un pequeño tubo y de un anillo de fijación. El grifo Fast Beer
rápido se puede montar en cualquiera columna ( 5/8 “ o 1/2 “ ) preexistente o
en columnas especiales , creadas especificadamente para el Fast Beer.
Previa solicitud, se puede proveer el Fast Beer con medallones publicitados . El
pomo de maniobra también es fácilmente sustituible y personalizable.

Per la produzione del rubinetto FAST BEER si utilizzano solo materiali resistenti
di altissima qualità e di origine europea, che garantiscono una lunga durata del
prodotto e delle sue caratteristiche tecniche.
Tutti i materiali sono certificati ed approvati per l’utilizzo alimentare.
Durante le prove di laboratorio il fast beer ha superato abbondantemente i
10.000 cicli di utilizzo.

The manufacturing of Fast Beer is characterized by the use of only highquality resistant materials of European origins, that ensure a long - lasting
reliability of the product and of its technical features. All materials are certified
and approved for alimentary use.

Da ultimo menzioniamo una nostra novità assoluta che è il FAST BEER con il
safety cover UV, che comprende anche un sistema battericida per abbattere
fino al 98% dei batteri presenti nell’ambiente.
Safety and hygiene:
With the aim to improve the quality of our products, we have recently introduced
a variety of accessories able to make Fast Beer safer and most usable.
The new safety covers, in particular, are available in different models, wallmounted, to be leaned against the wall and to be installed in a standard beer
dispensing tower.
Besides improving the safety of the system in case of use of poor quality or
faulty glass or PET bottles, the new safety covers ensure better conditions
of hygiene, protecting the filling area from powder and from any accidental
contact with other devices used in the dispensing area.
Our latest news is our Fast Beer with UV safety cover, that includes a
bactericidal system able to eliminate until 98% of the bacteria present in the
environment.

Con el objetivo de mejorar continuamente nuestros productos , hemos introducido recientemente una gama de accesorios para que la gama fast beer sea
más segura y utilizable.
En particular la nuevas safety cover, disponibles en diferentes versiones (para
montaje a la pared, apoyo o aplicables a columnas estándar para cerveza),
contribuyen a la seguridad del sistema cuando se utilizan botellas de cristal o
PET de baja calidad o ya defectuosas y además garantizan más higiene protegiendo la zona de llenado del polvo y de los contactos accidentales con otros
dispositivos utilizados durante el suministro.
Finalmente mencionamos una novedad absoluta, es decir el FAST BEER con
safety cover UV , que también incluye un sistema bactericida para matar hasta
el 98 % de las bacterias.

Istruzioni:

Il rubinetto è chiuso. La levetta laterale è in posizione verticale e la vite
superiore è chiusa;

Inserire la bottiglia;

Abbassare la leva del rubinetto (pomello);

Aprire rubinetto laterale, ingresso birra;
5
La birra riempirà la bottiglia fino a fermarsi poco dopo la metà;

Ruotare la rotella superiore in senso antiorario, delicatamente, fino a
raggiungere il livello desiderato:

Chiudere la rotella superiore;
8
Chiudere il rubinetto laterale (ingresso birra) ponendolo in posizione verticale;
9
Aprire bruscamente, velocemente, repentinamente, la rotella superiroe facendo
uscire la CO2 residua nella bottiglia;
10 Richiudere la rotella superiore.
11 Alzare il pomello e prelevare la bottiglia.

Slightly rotate the upper wheel anti-clockwise, until desired level has been reached;

Close the upper wheel (rotate clockwise);

Close lateral tap (beer inlet), which is now vertical;

Open the upper wheel rapidly letting residual CO2 out of the bottle;
10 Close the upper wheel again
11 Take the bottle

Cerrar el rodillo superior;

Cerrar el grifo lateral (entrada cerveza) poniéndolo en posición vertical;

Abrir rápidamente el rodillo superior dejando que salga la co2 restante de la botella;
10 Cerrar de nuevo el rodillo superior;
11 Levantar el mango y quitar la botella

Кран закрыт, «флажок» бокового запорного клапана находится в вертикальном положении и верхний клапан регулирования давления
закрыт;

Вставьте бутылку;

Опустите рукоятку крана;
4
Приведите «флажок» бокового клапана в горизонтальное положение; подача пива началась;
5
Подача пива продолжается пока не достигнет уровня чуть выше, чем половина бутылки и затем останавливается;
6
Плавно проверните винт верхнего клапана против часовой стрелки и дождитесь пока пиво не дойдёт до нужного уровня;
7
Закройте верхний клапан регулирования, провернув винт по часовой стрелке;
8
Приведите «флажок» бокового клапана в вертикальное положение; подача пива прекратилась;;
9
Резко проверните винт клапана регулирования против часовой стрелки и выпустите остаток СО2;
10 Закройте верхний клапан регулирования;
11 Поднимите рукоятку крана и выньте бутылку.
