I see that the paradigmatic change could be rooted in the fact that in
traditional psychology, everything that is done is a product of
thought, attempting to solve the problems of thought. The psychology
proposed by RFG seeks to take us out of the precinct of thought,
(which is the origin of conflict), each time that thought is
unnecessary.

Two Realities
There are two types of reality.
The reality which has been invented by thought, and that of Unitary
Perception.
One is imaginary, the other is the true reality.
The “I” is something that has been invented by thought. The “I”
causes
difficulties in the development of one’s unknown potential and
communion with others.
In Unitary Perception the reality of the “I” disappears, because it is
merely something that is invented by thought.
You have read something important.
I would ask you to read this paragraph again.
And read everything that I have written. It is not to develop the
“habit” of reading. It is because you will never see it again.
