I am excited to get to
know you all and to work
with your children in the
CC classroom. We are
finishing up our unit on
Penguins and Polar
Bears and hoping that
the winter weather will
soon be behind us.
On March 5th, our ExtraOrdinary Activity will take
place in the classroom at
11:00. We encourage at
least 1 parent or adult
close to your child attends this fun activity.
Jennifer Brooks, from
Berks County Parks and
Recreation will be bringing in animal skins, feathers, eggs, and more to
teach the children about
animal babies.
The children have been
working on self-help skills
such as hanging up their
coats at the beginning of
the day and putting their
coats back on when it is
time to go home. This
takes extra time, but the
children are gaining independence and are proud
when they can do it by

FAMILY CONNECTION
I would like to thank the
parents that have made
the effort on those cold
mornings and brought
their children to class.
Our Extra Ordinary Parent
Child Activity will be taking
place in the classroom on
March 5th from 11-12.
The children will get to
experience a visit from the
Berks Country Recrea-
tional Association. During
this presentation the children will be participate in
a program filled with activities, games and stories. I encourage parents
to attend and enjoy the
presentation. I would also
like to encourage parents
to attend the next parent
committee meeting on the
11th.
lunch will be provided for
all!

que venga a esta divertida actividad.
Los niños han estado
trabajando en habilidades de autoayuda como
colgar sus abrigos al
principio del día y ponerse sus abrigos cuando es
el momento de volver a
casa. Esto toma tiempo
adicional, pero los niño

animales, plumas, huevos, y mucho mas para
ensenarle a los niños

Me gustaría darle las gracias a los padres que se
esforzaron en esos días
frio y rayeron sus niños a
clase.
Nuestra Actividad extraordinaria Padres y niño será
en el salón 5 de marzo de
11-12.
Los niño tendrán por experiencia una visita de la
Asociación Recreacional
de Berks country.
Durante esta presentación los niños participaran
de un programa lleno de
actividades, juegos, y
historias. Yo le animo a
los padres que vengan y
disfrute de la presentación.
