the Capital Campaign. This event will include a live band, catered meal
and chances to win extraordinary prizes like resort stays, a Glat screen
television, VIP parking and more! Tickets are available for $25 in the front ofGice. This
event is hosted by the Filipino community.
The Corpus Christi Parish Picnic is coming! Join us on Saturday, September 17th from noon to 5 p.m. in the church’s lower lot. Let’s make it a memorable day!

Join us on a spiritual journey to EWTN and the Shrine of the Blessed
Sacrament in Alabama. Come be a part of the televised Mass on Saturday, September 10th. We will depart from the church’s gym parking
lot at 4 a.m. and return at 8 p.m. A $55 donation per person will cover
transportation, lunch and snacks. This is hosted by the CC Gospel Choir
to aid the Capital Campaign for more information call (404) 723-5457.

of Religion has begun! Come to the
Stone Mountain Room after masses
on Sundays in August to register
for 2016-17 religious education. Volunteers and
catechists are welcome, too!
Calling all cultures! Come and dance and feast on Saturday, August 27th

Dear Corpus Christi Family,
Words cannot adequately express how much this community meant to my husband, Bob McKinnon, and to me. The love poured out to us during the difCicult
time of Bob's illness sustained us. Thank you to all who visited Bob in the hospital or rehab, sent a card, made a phone call, or most of all, prayed for him and
us. His funeral was a Citting tribute to his life and his faith and we thank each of
you who could be there to share in the Mass with us. The McKinnon family
thanks you from the bottom of our hearts for all the support and prayers.

We will be hosting a rededication of our newly renovated facilities
during the weekend of Friday, October 21st thru Sunday, October 23rd! We are planning to have a memorable celebration to
mark the rededication of our Church! The weekend will have a
series of events. We would like invite all our members – past and present— who
still love and cherish Corpus Christi. There would be an event to recognize some
people who have contributed to make Corpus Christi what it is today. More details
are to come.
