COMPROMISO DE LOS PADRES PARA EL PROGRAMA DE EDUCACION RELIGIOSA
Al inscribir a mis niños en el programa de Catecismo de Santa Inés de Bohemia,

 ASISTIR A LA FORMACION DE PADRES con mi hijo(a), todos los sábados que marque el
calendario, llegaremos juntos y nos regresaremos juntos.
 Asistir como Familia a Misa y usar nuestros sobres.
 Estar consciente que si decido cancelar a mi hijo(a) no recibiré ningún Reembolso de lo que ha
sido pagado de colegiatura, ya que se contempló a mi hijo en el pedido de libros.
 Tener comunicación con la catequista de mi hijo(a) para así trabajar juntos.
 Apoyar a mi hijo (a) para que sea responsable, asegurarme que cumpla con sus tareas y traiga su
libro que se le entrega cuando inician las clases. Si asiste a clase de confirmación asegurar que lleve su
Biblia.
 Ser consciente que la Educación Religiosa de mi hijo(a) debe ser Constante y progresiva, que no
solo es para hacer sus sacramentos
 Asegurarme que cada falta de mi hijo(a) sea justificada, estoy consciente de que solo se
permiten 3 durante todo el año.
 Leer el folleto reglamentario completamente, y me comprometo a cumplir todas las reglas.
 Asegurarme de haber recibido mis documentos originales
 Guardar mi (s) recibo (s) como comprobantes de pago.

PARENT COMMITMENT FOR THE RELIGIOUS EDUCATION PROGRAM
Upon registering my children in the Religious Education Program (CCD) at St. Agnes of Bohemia,
I,

, Commit to:
 ATTEND THE PARENT FORMATION CLASSES every Saturday as posted on the calendar, my
child and I will arrive together and leave together.
 Attend Sunday Mass as a family weekly, and to use our envelopes.
 Remember that if I decide to withdraw my child from this program, there will be no refund on
tuition payments made; si nce textbooks are ordered when child is registered.
 Maintain open communication and work together with my child's catechist.
 Fully support my child, to help him/her to be responsible, ensure that he/she completes his/her
assignments, I will ensure that he/she is always prepared for class. If he/she is in the Confirmation
program ensure he/she brings his/her Bible to class.
 Be aware that my child's Religious Education should be consistent and progressive it is not only for
receiving sacraments.
 Ensure that all absences are fully justified only 3 absences are allowed during entire
school year.
 Read entire Parent handbook and ensure that we comply with all rules, regulations and
policies.
 Ensure that I receive all my original documents.
 Ensure to save all my receipts as proof of payment.
