Dear Parents/ Guardians:
It is necessary that you come and fill out a Lunch Application for Free/ Reduced
meals for your child/children for ALL public schools in Perth Amboy ON THE
DATES LISTED BELOW AT THE SHULL SCHOOL, 380 HALL AVENUE
There will be trained staff to assist you in completing the application and
processing it as soon as possible.
By doing so, this will stream line the process and most students will have their
determination as early as the first day of school.
PLEASE BE ADVISED WE NO LONGER SEND THE APPLICATION HOME
WITH THE STUDENT, THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO OBTAIN AND PROCESS
THE APPLICATION.
