VINIFICATION
After maceration and fermentation, the wine spends a minimum
of 6 months aging in oak followed by the corresponding aging in the
bottle.
TASTING NOTES
Intense dark-cherry colour. Toasted on the nose with spice aromas
appearing and red fruit that contributes to its complexity. Dense in
the mouth with a tannic structure, notes of wild berries with a long
persistent finish.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Goes well with red meat, any kind of grilled game, poultry and
cheese.
