listed along with the dates the meter was read. Each charge will be
listed separately with a description of the charge. If you have
multiple services, your bill will include a section for each service.

The bottom portion is the stub that should be returned with your
payment. The amount due is also listed here. There are also two
boxes on the stub: one is to enter the amount of payment you are
enclosing; the other is to indicate if you would like to contribute to
Project Care.
