Our customers expect reliable power in all weather conditions. They also
expect us to meet the needs of a growing and economically diverse
region and accommodate different power sources, and developments, like
rooftop solar.

homes and businesses. We are decommissioning 22 aging, low-voltage
substations and upgrading the surrounding infrastructure to modern
industry standards.
The result from these projects will be a more resilient and efficient electrical
system that keeps pace with future growth.
These substations, located in various portions of our service territory, date
back to the early 1950s and operate on voltages that are lower than the

Winter Protection Ends May 1
During the cold-weather months, a Winter Protection program is available for
qualifying customers to ensure they receive continued electric service even if
their accounts become past due. That protection period ends on May 1.

Residential customers covered by the Winter Protection program who have
not made a payment arrangement should contact Customer Care immediately
to ensure that they continue to receive service after the May 1 deadline.
If your account is past due, set up a payment plan by calling 800-722-5584.
