Citation for Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance
If you had insurance coverage on the vehicle you were driving at the time of the
citation, you can have your citation reduced to $25.00 by providing a letter
from your insurance company on company letterhead with the following
information:
“On

.”
By providing the above stated information in a letter to the court at the time of
your hearing, your citation will be dismissed after paying an administrative cost of
$25.00.
YOU MUST PRESENT THIS IN LETTER FORM
FOR YOUR TICKET TO BE DISMISSED.

You must provide insurance documentation to the court showing you now have
at least a six month policy, on your vehicle or license for the court to consider a

Citatorio por faltar a presentar comprobante de seguro

citatorio será anulado después de pagar el costo administrativo de $25.00
Tiene que presentar esto en forma de carta para que su citatorio sea anulado.

Si no tenía seguro en el momento de el citatorio:
Tiene que presentar documento a la corte de que ahora tiene por lo menos seis meses de seguro en su
