Plans of institutional improvement
 Express the commitment and joint action of national and
provincial governments and the Autonomous City of
Buenos Aires with two objectives: to update, strengthen
and equip the institutions that provide professional
technical education and provide public assurance that
these facilities meet the institutional quality conditions
according to criteria agreed.
 Jurisdictional and institutional improvement plans are
defined as the integrated set of actions to be developed in
order to achieve the institutional conditions ETP
institutions required for the development of
professionalizing training proposals.
