HOW TO PLAY
Use the clues below
and the corresponding
numbers on the map
to find six works of art
featuring animals in
the Art of East Asia
exhibition.
Camels

Enter the Tomb section to discover
a pair of standing camels, with many
colors dripping down from their humps.
Turn the corner and travel to Korea,
where you will find an animal standing
on four flowers and balancing an object
on its flat back.
Go further into the Korean section to
discover a large wooden chest with
white butterfly designs on it.
Notice how the colors run
together; how do you think the
artist applied the color?

colorful designs.
Look high and low for a Japanese
sculpture of a cat with a long tail
curving up into the air.

Continue through the Japanese
section to find a pair of seated foxes
with long and alert ears. They might
look identical, but they are not.
