In the following essay it will be studied the production process carried out in a
bottling plant oil, specifically the plant owned by Urzante S.L. The current
production capacity of the sections and the total capacity will be analyzed by
studying the overall equipment efficiency (OEE) used. It will be set a goal of
production to achieve in the future and several ways to achieve it will be evaluated,
finally choosing an optimal and cost-effective solution, with all the responsibilities
that this solution carry, as they could be a new distribution factory, warehouse or in
the bottling process.

En el siguiente trabajo fin de grado se estudiará el proceso productivo llevado a
cabo en una planta embotelladora de aceite, en concreto la de la planta propiedad
de Aceites Urzante S.L. Se analizará la capacidad productiva actual de sus
diferentes secciones y la capacidad total, estudiando la eficiencia general de los
equipos (OEE) empleados. Se establecerá una meta de producción a alcanzar en
el futuro y se evaluarán diversas vías para alcanzarla, eligiendo finalmente una
solución óptima y económicamente rentable, con todas las responsabilidades que
dicha solución acarreasen, como podrían ser una nueva distribución en fábrica, en
almacén o en el proceso de embotellado.
