FECHAS DE LA PROMOCIÓN: El concurso "Busqueda Del Tesoro " (la "Promoción") comienza
a las 12:00 pm Hora central (CST) el 15 de Julio de 2013 y termina a las 5:00 pm CST el 15 de
Agosto de 2013 (El "Período de la Promoción"). El ganador será anunciado el 18 de Agosto de
2013.
ELEGIBILIDAD: La promoción es aplicable sólo a los huéspedes en Villa del Palmar Puerto
Vallarta, que sean mayores de edad (18 años o más) al momento de la inscripción (el
"Participante").
CÓMO PARTICIPAR: Los participantes deberán subir 5 fotografías de cada uno de los lugares
específicos que menciona el mapa de Busqueda del Tesoro, utilizando el hashtag: # exploreVDP
(Este Hashtag puede ser utilizado en las siguientes redes: Twitter, Facebook o Instagram) y
mencionar @Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta ** LOS PARTICIPANTES DEBERÁN
APARECER EN LAS FOTOGRAFÍAS** Una vez que el hastag y la imagen han sido subidas a la
red, su registro estará participando automaticamente (En caso de no de subir las 5 imágenes la
participación no será válida). Para votar por una imagen, el usuario debe entrar en la aplicación de
Woobox que se encuentra en la página de Facebook de Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta:
https://www.facebook.com/VillaDelPalmarVallarta también es posible subir sus fotos mediante
esta aplicación, junto con su nombre y dirección de correo electrónico. La imagen más votada será
la ganadora.
PREMIOS:
1er Lugar_ 3 días / 2 noches para (2) dos personas en Villa del Palmar Resort & Spa Puerto
Vallarta únicamente habitación (sin paquete de Todo Incluido), para ser utilizados antes del 15 de
Julio de 2014. Sujeto a disponibilidad y confirmación por el departamento de reservas del hotel.
Fechas restringidas (periodos de cierre / fechas de Prohibición/ periodos de interrupción). Las
fechas restringidas pueden ser válidas por períodos específicos.
2do Lugar_ Cena Romantica para (2) dos personas dentro de la propiedad.
3er Lugar_ Masaje corporal de 50 minutos para (1) una persona en Bay Breeze Spa & Salon. Se
requiere agendar con 24 horas de anticipación.
CONDICIONES GENERALES: Al participar en esta promoción, los participantes están de acuerdo
en: [a] Cumplir con las normas y decisiones de los Patrocinadores, las cuales serán definitivas en
todos los aspectos relacionados con la Promoción, incluyendo, sin limitación, la interpretación de
estas normas, y [b] Como ganador se dará el acceso al uso de su nombre, correo electrónico, la

Patrocinador, corrompan o afecten la administración, seguridad, justicia o juego limpio, o la
presentación de las entradas , el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho, a su sola discreción, de
cancelar, terminar, modificar o suspender la Promoción y llevar a cabo la promoción de una manera
que a su exclusivo criterio es justo, adecuado y coherente con estas Reglas Oficiales. La
notificación de dicha acción por parte del Patrocinador será publicada en

derecho de otorgar los premios al azar entre las participaciones elegibles recibidas hasta el
momento del deterioro. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho, a su sola discreción, de descalificar a
cualquier individuo que se encuentre manipulando el proceso de inscripción o el funcionamiento de
la Promoción o que esté actuando en violación de estas Reglas Oficiales o de manera antideportiva
o perjudicial. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de descalificar o rechazar cualquier inscripción
incompleta, inexacta o falsa.
CUALQUIER INTENTO POR PARTE DE CUALQUIER PERSONA QUE
DELIBERADAMENTE PERJUDIQUE LA OPERACIÓN LEGÍTIMA DE LA PROMOCIÓN ES
UNA VIOLACIÓN DE DERECHO PENAL Y CIVIL, EN CASO DE INTENTAR LO ANTES
MENCIONADO, EL PATROCINADOR SE RESERVA EL DERECHO DE RECLAMAR
DAÑOS A CUALQUIER PERSONA EN LA MEDIDA EN QUE LO PERMITA LA LEY. El
Patrocinador para hacer cumplir cualquier término de estas Reglas Oficiales no constituirá una

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS
PROMOTION. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
DATES OF PROMOTION: The “Treasure Hunt Photo Contest” Promotion (the “Promotion”)
begins at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on July 15th, 2013 and ends at 5:00 p.m. PT on
August 15th, 2013 (the “Promotion Period”). The winner will be announced on August
18th, 2013.
ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is applicable only to guest in Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta,
who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (the “Entrant”).
HOW TO ENTER: Fans will submit 5 Pictures each of the especific locations giving on the
Treasure Hunt Map by using the hashtag: #exploreVDP (Hashtag can be used on Twitter,
Facebook or Instagram) and mentioning @Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta
**PARTICIPANTS MUST APPEAR ON THE PICTURES**. Once the hastag and picture have
been uploaded, the entry will automatically be participating on the contest (If the 5
pictures are not uploaded it will not count as a valid entry). To vote for an image the user
must enter the Woobox Photo Contest App on Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta Facebook
fan page https://www.facebook.com/VillaDelPalmarVallarta Participants can also enter
contest with this app, along with their name and email address. The most voted image
will be the winner.
PRIZES:
1st Place_A 3 days / 2 nights for (2) two at Villa del Palmar Resort & Spa Puerto Vallarta
room only (no meal plan included), to be used before July 15th, 2014. Subject to
availability and confirmation by Hotel Reservations department. Blackout applies for
President’s week holidays. Special redemption charges may be available for blackout
periods specified.
2nd Place_ Romantic dinner for (2) two on site.
3rd Place_A 50 minutes body massage for (2) two person at Bay Breeze Spa. 24 hour
reservation is required.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating in this Promotion, Entrants agree: [a] to abide by
and be bound by these rules and decisions of Sponsors which shall be final in all respects
relating to the Promotion, including without limitation the interpretation of these rules;
and [b] if a winner, to the use of their name, e-mail, image, and/or likenesses for

reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received
up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to
disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation
of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an
unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or reject
any incomplete, inaccurate or false entry.
ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE
OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND,
SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES
FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SPONSOR'S
FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A
WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS. Entry Information becomes property of Sponsor. All
federal, state and local regulations apply.
RELEASE: By participating in this Promotion, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless
Sponsor, Prize Provider and each of their parent companies, respective officers, directors,
managers, employees, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, agents, members, shareholders,
insurers, servants, guests, divisions, predecessors, successors, representatives, assigns,
attorneys, dealers, distributors, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies,
including the Independent Administrator, (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and
against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or
receipt, redemption or use of any prize.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties do not have any responsibility or liability
whatsoever for: (I); unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or
the Promotion; (II) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the
Promotion or the processing of entries; (III) any property loss, damage, personal injury, or
death, in connection with the prizes provided pursuant to this Promotion and/or any
person’s participating in the Promotion; (IV) any printing or typographical errors in any

postage-due or indecipherable entries; or (VI) technical failures of any kind, including but
