¿Cuál ha sido tu mayor reto profesional?
He tenido muchos retos a lo largo de mi Carrera profesional.
El mayor reto en los últimos años ha sido posicionar a
Chevron desde antes que la reforma energética pasara a
ser una realidad. Así, desde entonces, trabajar en su
implementación y liderar el proceso de licitación que ya
ocurrieron y el que vendrá este año en aguas profundas.
What has been your main professional challenge?
I have faced many challenges over the course of my
professional career. The biggest challenge I have had to face
has been to position Chevron before the energy reform
should become a reality. I have since then, been working to
implement and lead the bidding process which has already
occurred as well as one which will be sold this year.
¿Cuál ha sido tu mayor logro a la fecha?
Liderar a Chevron, en coordinación con entidades
gubernamentales y otras empresas, en la apertura del
sector energético y su posterior implementación.
Además de participar activamente en la creación de
AMEXHI y hacerla entrar en operaciones.
And your greatest achievement to date?
To lead Chevron, in coordination with government
agencies and other companies, in opening the energy
sector. Moreover, to actively participate in the creation
of AMEXHI and bring it to action.
¿Qué te gustaría lograr profesionalmente?
Ver que los esfuerzos de Chevron a través de los años,
logren la creación de una Unidad de Negocios para
Exploración y Producción en México en el futuro
próximo.
What would you like to achieve professionally?
To see that Chevron’s efforts over the years, succeed in
creating a Unity of Companies for Exploration and
Production in Mexico in the near future.
¿Por qué decidiste asistir al Women’s Forum for the
Economy & Society?
Uno de los valores de Chevron es reconocer y
empoderar el trabajo de la mujer en cualquier ambiente.
Este foro busca reunir las principales voces en México
para hablar sobre la incursión de la mujer en el
desarrollo económico y social del país.
Why have you decided to attend the Women’s Forum for
the Economy & Society?
One of Chevron’s values is recognizing and empowering
women’s work in every circumstance and environment. This
forum looks to reunite the principal voices in Mexico by
speaking about the incursion of women in the country’s
economic and social development.
What would be your advice to the next generation of
women?
To prepare and train yourself in technology and
finances. To not be afraid to confront challenges from
new opportunities which allow you to develop in any
area of your preference.

Personalmente admiro a una mujer muy humilde, Ana de
Allendes, suegra de una de una de mis hermanas en Chile,
por su fé, entereza y habilidad de compartir cariño teniendo
más de 90 años.
Who would be your hero and why?
Personally, I admire a very humble woman, Ana de Allendes,
the mother in law of one of my sisters in Chile, for her faith,
strength and ability to share tenderness, still at over 90 years
old.
¿Qué consejo les darías a las mujeres de futuras
generaciones?
Prepararse muy bien en tecnología y finanzas.No tener
miedo a enfrentar retos y desafíos de nuevas oportunidades
que permitan desarrollarse en cada ámbito de su
preferencia.
