For security reasons and for purposes of controlling access for both; exhibitors and your
staff, all of them must visibly wear their name badge while in the outdoor or indoor
AeroExpo exhibition facilities, as well as in meetings or any other event wich take place.
Each exhibitor, depending on the number of feet leased, is entitled to the number of
badges shown in the following table:
Como medida de seguridad y para un mejor control de accesos tanto de expositores como
del personal que estará trabajando a su servicio, todos deberán portar en lugar visible su
gafete mientras permanezcan dentro de las instalaciones techadas o abiertas, en las que
se desarrolle AeroExpo, así como las conferencias o eventos de la misma.

To avoid any delays upon registering at the Convention, please fill out and submit
this form so we can have your badges ready at the “PRE-REGISTRATION”
counter in the AEROEXPO registration area. The deadline to submit forms is
March 18th, 2011. Participants who don’t send their information prior to the
deadline must register directly in the registration area during the event.
Para evitar demoras en las filas de registro de la Convención, llene el presente
formato y envíelo a nuestras oficinas, de esta manera, su gafete estará preparado
en la ventanilla de “PRE-REGISTRO” de la mesa de registro del área de AeroExpo.
El último día para la recepción de las formas es el 18 de Marzo de 2011. Los
asistentes que no envíen sus datos antes de dicha fecha, deberán acudir
directamente a la mesa de registro los días del evento.
Any additional NAME BADGE, as well as any replacement badges due to loss, will
have a cost of $100.00 (one hundred pesos) each, which includes the Mexican
taxes. The payment must be made in cash or by credit card (VISA or
MASTERCARD).
Todo GAFETE ADICIONAL al número que le corresponda, así como la reposición
por pérdida u olvido de gafete tendrá un costo de $100.00 (cien pesos) C/U. IVA
INCLUIDO. El pago deberá realizarse en efectivo y/o con tarjetas VISA o
MASTERCARD.
NAME BADGES ARE NON-TRANSFERRABLE. Any name badge not worn by the
person it was intended for, will have to be returned. Persons in charge of booths
must wear their name badge at all times. Don’t forget to request name badges for
your hostesses or translators. If you forgot to request a name badge for a given
person, you can request it directly in the registration area provided, as long as do
not exceed the number of badges you are entitled to. Otherwise, the name badge
must be fully paid

El GAFETE ES INTRANSFERIBLE y se recogerá todo aquel que no sea utilizado por
la persona para la cual fue expedido. Todo el personal que atienda los stands,
deberá contar con su gafete y portarlo en lugar visible. No olvide solicitar los
gafetes de sus EDECANES o TRADUCTORES. En caso de haber omitido a
alguna persona, podrá solicitar su gafete en la zona de registro, siempre y cuando
no exceda de la cantidad a la que tiene derecho. De otra manera, implicará el
pago total del mismo.
VISITORS BADGES:
In order to provide a better service to your costumers, we encourage you to request
their name badges in advance. This will avoid delays upon registering at the
Convention. Please fill out and submit this form so we can have your VIP name
badges ready in the “THE ORGANIZER COMMITTEE OFFICE” and will be given
with your exhibitor package.

GAFETES PARA INVITADOS:
Para facilitar la relación y atención con sus clientes, solicite previamente sus
gafetes; con esto evitará demoras en las filas de registro de la Convención: Llene el
presente formato y envíelo a nuestras oficinas, de esta manera los gafetes de sus
clientes e invitados estarán preparados en la Oficina de Atención a Expositores y le
serán entregados junto con su paquete de expositor.
