Aprobación del programa
La Junta aprobó el programa.
9 de febrero de 2015
Elección de la Mesa y nombramiento del Relator
De conformidad con su Reglamento, la Junta nombró al Sr. Samuel Beever
(Australia, Lista D) Presidente, por un mandato de un año. La Sra. Vibeke Gram
Mortensen (Dinamarca, Lista D) fue elegida como miembro suplente.
La Junta nombró a la Sra. Elvira Elena Barrios Icaza (Panamá, Lista C)
Vicepresidenta. El Sr. Juan Carlos Sarmiento Umbarila (Colombia, Lista C) fue
elegido como miembro suplente.
Fueron elegidos miembros de la Mesa por un mandato de un año, en representación
de las otras tres listas electorales del PMA, el Sr. Robert Sabiiti (Uganda, Lista A),
el Excmo. Sr. Saywan Sabir Mustafa Barzani (Iraq, Lista B) y el Sr. Victor Fedorinov
(Federación de Rusia, Lista E). Fueron nombrados suplentes, respectivamente, el
Excmo. Sr. Crisantos Obama Ondo (Guinea Ecuatorial, Lista A), el
Sr. Lee Je-hyoung (República de Corea, Lista B) y el Sr. Andrzej Halasiewicz
(Polonia, Lista E).
De conformidad con el Artículo XII de su Reglamento, la Junta nombró al
Sr. Andrzej Halasiewicz (Polonia, Lista E) Relator del primer período de sesiones
ordinario de 2015.

Programas en los países — Madagascar 200733 (2015-2019)
La Junta aprobó el programa en el país Madagascar 200733 para 2015-2019
propuesto (WFP/EB.1/2015/6-A), para el cual se necesitaban 49.677 toneladas de
alimentos por valor de 31,6 millones de dólares EE.UU., transferencias de efectivo y
cupones por valor de 3,2 millones de dólares, y actividades de desarrollo y aumento
de las capacidades por valor de 7 millones de dólares, y cuyo costo total para el PMA
ascendía a 69 millones de dólares.
