ENR 1.14 INCIDENTES DE TRÁNSITO AÉREO
AIR TRAFFIC INCIDENTS
Se
debe
presentar
al
Comité
de
investigación de incidentes, con copia a la
dependencia de los Servicios de Tránsito
Aéreo interesado, una notificación de
incidente de Tránsito Aéreo en el caso de
incidentes
que
estén
específicamente
relacionados con el suministro de los
servicios de Tránsito Aéreo en los que se
haya producido proximidad de aeronaves
(AIRPROX) u otras dificultades graves que
se hayan puesto en peligro a las aeronaves
tales como erróneos, incumplimiento de los
procedimientos, o fallas de las instalaciones
terrestres.
It must be submitted to the Comité de
investigación de incidentes, with a copy to
the dependence of air traffic services

En la investigación de incidentes se debe
determinar el grado de riesgo que supuso la
proximidad de aeronaves y clasificarse
como “riesgo de colisión” o “riesgo no
determinado”.
In the investigation of incidents it shall to be
determined the degree of risk involved to
the proximity of aircraft classified as “risk of
collision” or “risk not determined”.
PROXIMIDAD DE AERONAVES
AIRCRAFT PROXIMITY
Situación en la que en opinión del piloto, o
del personal de tránsito aéreo, la distancia
entre aeronaves así como sus posiciones y
velocidades relativas, han sido tales que
habrían podido comprometer la seguridad
de las aeronaves de que se trate. La
proximidad de aeronaves se clasifica del
siguiente modo:
Situation in which the opinion of the pilot or
air traffic personnel, the distance between
aircraft as well as their positions and
relative velocities, have been such that
would have compromised the safety of the
aircraft concerned. The aircraft proximity is
classified as follows:
Riesgo de colisión: La clasificación de
riesgo de una situación de proximidad de
aeronaves en la que ha existido un grave
riesgo de colisión.
Crash risk: The risk classification of aircraft
proximity situation in which there has been
a serious risk of collision.
Seguridad
no
garantizada:
La
clasificación de riesgo de una situación de
aproximación de aeronaves en las que
habría podido quedar comprometida la
seguridad de las aeronaves.
Safety
not
guaranteed:
The
risk
classification of an aircraft approach
situation in which it could have been
compromised aircraft safety.
Ningún riesgo de colisión: La clasificación
de riesgo de una situación de proximidad de
aeronaves en la que no ha existido riesgo de
colisión alguno.
Non risk of collision: The risk classification
of aircraft proximity situation in which there
has not been risk of collision.
Riesgo no determinado: La clasificación
de riesgo de una situación de proximidad de
aeronaves en la que no se disponía de
suficiente información para determinar el
riesgo que suponía, o los datos no permitían
determinarlo por ser contradictorios o no
concluyentes.
Undetermined risk: The risk classification of
aircraft proximity situation in which there
was insufficient information to determine
the risk involved, or the data could not
establish
as
being
contradictory
or
inconclusive.

Señale en el diagrama, el paso de otra aeronave con respecto a su propia aeronave./ Indicates on the
table, the path of another aircraft in relation with your own aircraft.
En el primer diagrama se indicará la vista en planta (desde arriba) y en el segundo la vista en elevación
(desde atrás), suponiendo que USTED se encuentra en el centro del diagrama en cada caso.
Indique el primer avistamiento y la distancia de paso./On the first table is indicates the plant view (from
above) in the second the elevation view (from behind) supposing that YOU are on the centre of the
table in each case. Indicates the first sight and the path distance.
