Esta máquina está diseñada para obtener una alta
productividad y para cortar materiales que por su
extrema dureza han de cortarse progresivamente en
dos, cortando en un primer paso el 50% del espesor
total y en un segundo paso finalizando el corte.
This machine is designed for high productivity and
cutting hard materials which, for its extreme
hardness, need to be gradually cut, cutting in a first
step 50% of the total thickness and in a second step
finishing the cut.
Descripción técnica
Technical features
Chasis construido en tubo de acero de alta
resistencia, equipada con silent-blocks antivibrantes en pies, tambores de longitud según
banda (700, 1000, 1200, 1300 y 1600 mm). Banda
de caucho de 12mm de espesor con correa central
tipo "B" para evitar el desplazamiento lateral.
Transmisión por moto-reductor de tipo octogonal de
1CV (0,75kW) de potencia unido a tambor mediante
unión elástica tipo "Albert".
Frame made in high strength steel tube, equipped
with anti-vibrating silent-blocks, big roll as long as
belt (700, 1000, 1200, 1300 and 1600 mm). Rubber
belt of 12mm thickness with central "B" belt to avoid
lateral movement. Transmission by means of
octagonal 1HP (0,75kW) motor-reducer joined to the
big roll by means of elastic "Albert" connection.
La máquina está dotada de dos puentes, en los
cuales van colocados en sentido paralelo al avance
de la banda transportadora los cuatro motores
especialmente diseñados para el corte con
transmisión directa a discos cortadores (2 primer
puente, 2 segundo puente) de 10CV (7,5kW) a
3.000 rpm.
The machine is equipped with two bridges, in which
are placed parallel to the conveyor belt advancing
the four engines specially designed for cutting with
direct drive to disc cutters (2 first bridge, 2 second
bridge) of 10CV (7, 5kW) each one at 3,000 rpm.

Dichos motores cuentan con regulación en apertura
y cierre mediante motor de 0,5CV (0,37kW), sistema
de subida y bajada también motorizado de 0,5CV
(0,37kW) y banda de avance de piezas controlada
por variador de velocidad y sistemas de sujeción
tipo presores.
Instalación eléctrica con mando móvil, para un
cómodo ajuste de los discos cortadores.
