Per poder entrar al web del Programa Tàndem has de tenir un NIU de la UAB.
1. Si ja el tens, fes clic a ENTRA i segueix les instruccions per començar un intercanvi
lingüístic.
2. Si et trobes en algun d’aquests casos:

Saps el NIU però no recordes la contrasenya
No recordes el NIU
No saps si tens NIU
Perquè ets:

Estudiant de nou ingrés a la UAB
Estudiant sense targeta (no formes part de la UAB però t’has matriculat al Servei de
Llengües per a fer un curs)
Estudiant d’escoles adscrites
Entra en aquest enllaç i segueix els passos que t’indiquen.
ARA ja podràs ENTRAR al web!
3. Si després de seguir aquests passos no te’n surts, pots posar-te en contacte amb el
Centre d’Assistència i Suport de la UAB (CAS): [email protected]
4. Si no tens targeta perquè no ets membre de la comunitat universitària però t’has
matriculat a un curs del Servei de Llengües, pot ser que el sistema t’indiqui que no et troba.
En aquest cas, posa’t en contacte amb l’Administració del Servei de Llengües i gestionarem
la teva alta.

2. Si te encuentras en alguno de estos casos:

Sabes el NIU pero no recuerdas la contraseña
No recuerdas el NIU
No sabes si tienes NIU
Porque eres:

Estudiante de nuevo ingreso en la UAB
Estudiante sin tarjeta (no formas parte de la UAB pero te has matriculado en el
Servicio de Lenguas para hacer un curso)
Estudiante de escuelas adscritas
Entra en este enlace y sigue los pasos que se indican
¡AHORA ya podrás ENTRAR en la web!
3. Si después de seguir estos pasos tienes algún problema, te puedes poner en contacto
con el Centre d’Assistència i Suport de la UAB (CAS): [email protected]
4. Si no tienes tarjeta porque no eres miembro de la comunidad universitaria pero te has
matriculado en un curso del Servicio de Lenguas, puede ser que el sistema te indique que
no te encuentra. En este caso, ponte en contacto con la Administración del Servicio de
Lenguas y gestionaremos tu alta.

To enter the Tandem Programme website you need to have a UAB ID number (NIU).
1. If you already have one, click ENTER and follow the instructions to start your language
exchange.
2. If, however any of these cases apply:

You know your NIU but can’t remember your password
You can’t remember your NIU
You don’t know whether you have a NIU
Because you are:

•
A new student at the UAB
A student without a card (you are not attending the UAB but you have signed up for a
course at the Language Service)
You are studying at one of the schools attached to the UAB
Enter this link and follow the steps.
Now you can ENTER the website!
3. If you still have problems after following these steps you can contact the UAB Help
Centre (CAS): [email protected]
4. If you haven’t got a card because you are not a member of the university community but
you have signed up for a course at the Language Service the system may indicate that you
cannot enter. If this is the case contact the Language Service Administration Office and we
will give you a number to sign in.
