Application for products that may or may not require
a Banco de España CCR check and/or the unblocking
of cancelled operations
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
1. The personal details previously provided to Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. (hereinafter, BBVA) by the
customer/user, as well as those arising from transactions carried out through BBVA, will be incorporated into
BBVA's files for its use for the following purposes:
a) The management of the contractual relationship and the provision of banking and/or financial services.
b) The monitoring and assessment, automated or otherwise, of risks, defaults and incidents arising from
contractual relationships.
c) The elaboration of customer profiles for commercial purposes, in order to offer banking products or
services, for the purposes of risk analysis for future operations.
d) The forwarding, by any means, even by email or other equivalent electronic means, of any information
on banking or third-party products or services.
2. If you had risks with BBVA, they will be communicated together with your personal details, including, if
applicable, your status as a sole business person, to the Banco de España's Central Credit Register (CCR). Also, if
you request a credit operation, BBVA may obtain information about the data recorded in this Register. We hereby
inform you that BBVA may check financial solvency and credit records in order to assess your financial solvency.
3. This application, the details provided in it, as well as any other documentation or details provided related to it,
the truthfulness and updating of which the customer/user is responsible for, will be kept by BBVA, to facilitate the
processing of this application and to avoid the duplication of administrative procedures in the event of new
assessments, for a period of six months, after which they will be destroyed / deleted by BBVA if the operation is
not finalized. This does not apply in the event that this request had been refused by BBVA, in which case both the
application itself and the details provided in it will be kept by BBVA for ten years, in compliance with the current
regulations.
4. You hereby authorize BBVA to unblock the personal data referring to operations which are already cancelled,
including those relating to the evolution of the payments of these operations, for its use by BBVA solely for the
purposes of managing this application.
5. BBVA may carry out a validation of the customer/user, of the personal details provided and/or of the
communication channel chosen by the customer/user.
6. The simulations carried out by the Bank's calculator, on the basis of the details included by the customer/user,
are for information purposes only. Therefore, they do not constitute an offer or recommendation by BBVA to take
out the product referred to in it, nor do they constitute any commitment by BBVA to grant it or by any
customer/user that uses the simulator to apply for and/or take it out. As a result, its issuance by the Bank and
receipt by the customer/user does not limit in any way the Bank or the customer/user's freedom to sign up for the
corresponding product. Moreover, neither do they entail an assessment of an application for financing by the
applicant, nor a commitment by the Bank to process a financing application, the appraisal of which is subject to
the provision of whatever documentation the Bank has established at the time, nor to authorize it if it were
processed, nor to offer any finance whatsoever. The information contained in the simulator does not substitute or
modify that which is contained in the pre-contractual and contractual documentation corresponding to an
application for finance. In particular, BBVA will provide to the customer/user the documents specified by the
applicable regulations.
7. The party responsible for processing the information is Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. with registered
office at Pl. San Nicolás, 4, 48005 Bilbao. You may exercise free of charge your rights of access, rectification,
cancellation and opposition by contacting Customer Services at the address Servicio de Atención al Cliente,
