Child must be accompanied by parent or guardian. No appointment needed.

*Your child is eligible if he/she does NOT have insurance, has insurance that does not cover certain vaccines (underinsured), has Medicaid, or is
American Indian/Native American or Alaskan Native.

Families are welcome to visit any of these "public" community outreach locations to receive immunizations.
