Deberá incluirse como Anexo (1) una copia con las cláusulas de seguridad para la protección
de la información clasificada (ej. necesidad de Habilitación de Seguridad de Empresa, grado
de clasificación de la información, necesidad de Habilitación Personal de Seguridad, etc.)
recogidas en el contrato firmado entre la Entidad Contratante y la Entidad Contratada.

ANEXO 2. GUÍA DE CLASIFICACIÓN / Annex 2. Security Classification Guide
La Guía de Clasificación específica para este Contrato se adjunta a este documento como
Anexo (2).
Esta Guía de Clasificación podría sufrir modificaciones que deberán ser comunicadas por la
Entidad Contratante.
En caso de circunstancias sobrevenidas que recomienden la necesidad de revisar esta Guía,
el Contratista queda autorizado a proponer los cambios que considere convenientes y a
someter a cualquier pregunta respecto a la interpretación de la misma al Jefe de Seguridad
Contratante.
En espera de la decisión final, la información implicada será manejada y protegida conforme
al más alto grado de clasificación asignado o recomendado.
Cuando el presente contrato derive de un programa, esta Guía de Clasificación será
consistente con la Guía de Clasificación del Programa

Security Classification Guide is open to ongoing modifications that must be communicated by the
Contracting Entity.
If circumstances arise which indicate a need for change in this Guide, the Contractor is authorized to
propose the recommended changes which he considers convenient and to submit any questions for
interpretation of this Guide to the Security Officer of the contracting entity.
Pending final decision, the information involved shall be handled and protected at the highest level of
classification assigned or recommended. This Security Classification Guide shall comply with the
Programme Security Classification Guide
